I made the mistake of purchasing 3 years of hosting from Bluehost at their very high renewal rates. Nine months into the first year the Bluehost server went down for TWO WEEKS and took down my website down with it. I CAN'T allow this happen again so I had to switch to a more reliable hosting service. Because it was after the 30 day refund period, Bluehost kept SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS of my money.

Super customer care

In these last six months blue host has returned or seems to have returned this far to the Blue Host support we received years ago. It seems the call wait time is not as colossal as the last few years. The response time and resolution is faster and the Tech support has been both courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent! I hope this support continues henceforth! Thank you!
