I mistakenly chose your site, not realizing it was all about blogging. I just want to make a simple 6 page info-only site, with a top level menu, and 5 information pages. I am not a complete novice in creating a web site, and creating content, but your system is the WORST and MOST COMPLICATED I have ever used. Completely unusable for my needs. Now I have the problem of taking my new URL somewhere else. My experience has been that is just as difficult as using the web tools.

There have been so many issues trying to get bluehost to communicate correctly with wordpress to set up a new site from scratch. I am a first time user of BlueHost and everything I click on says something went wrong, or error communicating with servcer.

There was a problem in setting up my website. A 'cloud' computing system prevented me from accessing wordpress thus delaying my business launch. The women as the helpline were very patient and informative but I used bluehost before and never had this problem.
Cant get the builder to load so having to do it this way which may not end well for me!

The customer support sucks. I was on a chat for almost an hour and still had to try and figure things out on my own. The agent had me wait for up to ten minutes for him to respond to my chat. Then terminated the chat when I did not respond in under a minute. Not very user friendly if this is your first time building a website.
I just got onto the site and I have been kicked off three times, losing a total of about 6 hours worth of work!
