Your Blue Host "drag and drop" doesn't even connect, just gives an error so I had to select the Wordpress editor, which also is having issues with page creation via the Bluehost link. Probably would have been better off just going directly to Wordpress, but things are pretty bad right now..

I have been trying to transfer a domain I own from one Bluehost account to a new Bluehost account I created yesterday. The domain shows up in my Domain menu, but I cannot access it in My Sites menu.
Website is too slow for some reason. The support chat was slow because of the ui as well. However the quality of Customer Support has been very well so that definetly adds to your value
So many new changes to the backend of the hosting services that it's confusing. I've been designing, publishing and managing websites since 1996, and I've not had the issues I've experienced before. The step by step for dummies is not necessary for every user and leads to confusion and inability to advance. I can't even open a page of my website to alter the content. Loaded the theme and set the dns from google domains, but still logging into the 'box' address.

The guy who helped me set up the account was great. But then I got help in chat to download my theme Astra Pro and they helped but downloaded the free version to i called support to help with why the Pro version isnt registering and the guy told me its not supported but then I told him it is supported cause other people use it and it was suggested to me and he then went quiet for a couple minutes and hung up on me. So I will try chat again.

Setting up a simple Wordpress site on the main domain is not happening, this should have been straight forward like any other hosting.
Can't get low-cost email service. It's not transferring my email from Google. I was paying Google $25 a month for hosting and email, na dnow Bluehost wants to sell me more Google Workspace. I already have that, and I'm being ripped off.
Took a couple tries that failed to get to this point. Accessing things is a little slow loading.

Site is slow, and doesn't allow me to go back, only forward. Drop and drag images work only every now and then.
There were a bunch of free themes and then all of a sudden, they were gone, and I can't get back to them. This doesn't seem very easy to navigate. I thought I could at least get something started but I just keep getting stuck back at the beginning. It would be nice to look at the premium themes, and then go back to the free ones if you so choose, now I either wasted all the money I spent today trying to build a webpage or I have to spend more money on a premium theme. Not pumped
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
