I signed up earlier today and had issues accessing my dashboard from the very start. Nowhere does it say that I was only able to access my dashboard/account 2 - 5 hours after it has been created (this was relayed to me by the customer service agent) and even then, after logging in more than 5 hours later, I wasn't able to access my dashboard still. I had to contact customer service once again and they had to fix an issue with the account page... not a great start but am really hoping it gets better as it comes highly recommended!
