Too much information thrown at me from the outset. Very confusing, especially if not that tech savvy. Do not know where Bluehost end and Wordpress begins to start with... I will get there, but I think you could have made it easier.
Customer Service is great but, I had difficulty just finding the main dashboard once signing in. It took a chat w/cust svc to send me link to figure out. I still don't know how to directly get to the main dashboard.
I cannot determine if I have registered a domain for my Non-Profit. When I go to the registration page and add a year, it shows two years out... so does the first year get done automatically?

Had a problem right off the bat with accessing Bluehost webbuilder (vs. Wordpress) with no ETA on when available... then without warning it's available, and now appears to be the only way I can build a site.
I'm struggling getting the paid bluehost webpage started. I wish I would have used the FREE Wordpress account instead.
It takes a bit of getting used to at first, but I think I'm starting to get the hang of it.
