Currently finding it very hard to set-up wordpress. I have previously used names.co.uk which is simpler, but not as good value. Hopefully I will learn your navigation and ways of working.

Dreadful interface. Bluehost generated some random temp domain instead of linking to my purchased domain. Website I built disappeared after tech support fiddled with something... Will have to start from scratch.

Had some issues, customer support told me to perform actions that would have taken down our entire website.

I haven't even been able to design my website yet, and I am already having to call customer service with help fixing my SSL Certification. I'm not entirely sure what that even is, but it sure is frustrating.

I almost dropped the service on day 1, since the "Email & Office" link on the Home page takes you to a sales page for Google Workplace, and NOT to the domain's email, as one might expect. Email is an important part of the service for us, and one would logically think that link would take you there. You might mention this to your U XD team. Luckily, I stumbled onto the email under the Advanced subpanel. Strange place to find something so common. Later, we needed assistance with a domain transfer and some confusing and unclear terminology choices, but received solid help.

Love how easy this site is and how helpful it is to build your website!

I honestly can't remember the experience as I'm doing several things to figure out Wordpress, but so far any problems I've had have been operator error.

With very little experience it is a step learning curve.

If I had known starting with WordPress/Bluehost was this complicated to do a simple 'drag and drop' site, I would have gone back to Weebly from the beginning instead of wasting the $77.00 of a domain. It took me about 3 hours to set up with Weebly pre-covid and had two sites then. Wordpress was a piece of $#*! then and in my view, still is...

Too many internal processes unique to Bluehost
You push and trick users into being the registrar.
This is not good practice in general for people wanting to protect their property.
Also your support is short on knowledgeable staff and quick resolutions and it is long on excuses that make to technical sense.

Figured out how to customize the template :)
Wish there were more than 5 templates to choose from though :(

Beyond what I could even want. So professional and courteous at the same time. I am so excited.

Wordpress keeps giving me log in issues. Having issues with passwords. Has not been very user friendly.

I subscribed to Bluehost, but soon found myself unable to use the service for personal reasons. Bluehost understood my situation, and promptly help me resolve the issue..

Not very clear on how to ad google sense when widget option is missing.

Quite detailed oriented, very good website, only issue is the learning curve, but that was expected.
