I am trying to set up a blog for my daughter's baking, and after doing some research, decided that bluehost was the best along with a wordpress blog. I've signed up for both, however, I have no idea what the first step to get started is. I've tried contacting customer service through the chat, but that didn't get me any closer. What I need is a step by step guide for dummies explaining how to pick a theme, set it up, and point the domain to the blog. I'm sure it's out there, I'll keep looking.

WTF all the auto wizards are crapping out. I just bought a theme... purchase went through... can't find it

Poor customer service, always trying to get off the chat session. I thought Godaddy was bad but they were actually far superior.

Coding not as efficient with Safari browsers. Stuck at "Creating Your Site" screen. Tried Firefox but still the same. Using MacOS. New user too, it may have some issues.

Customer rep grossly misinformed on me getting my Wordpress site transferred. She spoke to me in a very technical manner and even said I had to pay to get my data transferred since the plug-in didn't work. I had to speak with a supervisor to get real help

I want my little slice of the internet, especially to make money every month so i can quit my day job, but i need mt niche and im not sure enough to move forward.

So far it has been pretty easy to create my first website

Still trying to figure this blog thing out but so far it has been very enjoyable.

So its my first time creating a web site and I expect that after buying the product it wont request to much effort to use wordpress, but I still can start doing the web site because something is missing in the DNS transfering process.

For someone who has NO website design knowledge, such as terminology, the site is very difficult. A definition page on what these different items are would be great.
