Im a bit disappointed on the difficulty for self users just to create a page. I cannot edit wordpress and cannot add contact info.

Having trouble figuring out the whole website building
Not able to enter site in builder for weeks now, keep getting an error message.
A little overwhelming, but the prompts are helpful in directing what to do.
The migration process has not been smooth nor easy to communicate with the team.
Difficult to use. I was trying to watch a tutorial on how to use it and it had me delete a bunch of ad-ins that now nothing works when I try to do anything. Customer service is not understanding what I'm asking them to do. I feel like I just wasted $150 bucks on something that was supposed to be easy.

Somehow I purchased more than one domain. I received a receipt for only the desired domain. However in my account a different domain is registered as primary and contains all of my plugins. I have contacted support numerous times with no help. Still dealing with it now.
Have recently discovered I am paying for Codeguard - something I do not use and did not choose (I don't even have a website). I had a chat with a representative who told me I was unable to have the addon refunded as I didnt notice it within 30 days of purchace. This is just theft.
I don't know yet. Having a hard time accessing production site db vs staging site db. So far only able to access staging site db. Clearly they have different databases because they have different users right now but its only showing that I have 1 database and only allowing me to view the staging one.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
