Your site is very difficult to use. For example, there is no clear way to access my site to edit all of the pages on my site. I can "edit" the page from 3 different locations, but each location has a different layout for my homepage that messes up the work I did through another location (i. E. there is no cohesion/connection between the different menu options).

Even though I've been writing software for over 40 years I find web site construction quite confusing. Of course I'm coming from real-time embedded and modeling code so it's a very different world, but still I find it baffling and I'm trying to work through it. Trying to navigate around is confusing to.me, it seems like it was written by marketers trying to sell services instead of developers that want to be helpful building a web site. That is a big turn off. I had considered going someplace else but decided to give it more time to see how familiar it becomes.

I am new to Bluehost having transferred our website from WORDPRESS.COM. I am just trying to login (took ages) and then navigate to my admin panel (not showing despite being logged in). Going around in circles
I paid for 3 years to host the website and after I paid found out you won't transfer it from google due to the. Rental vs. com.
It's been fine other than the fact I've had to call customer support three times but all three times I've been very helpful

Have had a few problems getting things set up and had no problems with the last domain I had at godaddy. Honestly, so far I'm regretting using you guys. If things pan out better my rating could go up but right now it's low.
I am on a learning curve. I am making progress but it is slow and I feel like I loose ground sometimes... like now - I just tried to log back into bluehost and become familiar with the dashboard. It won't let me go to the dashboard. WordPress doesn't open.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
