My experience with your website builder has been terrible. Every time I try and build the website, it won't let me save anything. I've chatted twice now with tech support and no resolution. I'm extremely frustrated at this point.
The website builder is way more complicated than I thought. Its been few days I have been struggling with the builder everyone is not a professional and it should be user friendly and easy for a common person to use.
Customer service is terrible to work with. Technical support was no help & couldn't even understand the issue/question.

I have moved some accounts from one bluehost account to another and nothing was set up correctly. The move was done by bluehost. Even now I am having to mess with things to see why the server won't connect
I have had a very difficult time getting my new website up and going because of a problem Bluehost is having with its SSL Certificate (whatever that is). For most of today, I could not even log in to my account. Now I am passed that, but when I clicked on "Create Your website", I was taken to a page that look anything like my notes from instructions from Fullstaq. That's where I am right now, trying to get to the page where I can choose the "primary purpose of my site" - but I can't find that page. Nor could I ever arrange to talk to a person who might help me. Hence one stay

I am checking on the status of the domain transfer of jeffronci.com and crazymoon. Jeffronci., com from Omnis.com to Bluehost.com. As past chats show, I have requested this matter be expedited due to unacceptable delays on your end. I am losing business by the day.
Every time I try to apply a theme, I get an error. When I called bluehost the guy who helped me said he couldn't help me with the website building because that's Wordpress but all I wanted was to use a template and he could have transferred me to someone who could help me and then he went silent but the phone call was still active but he wouldn't respond. So I just hung up. You guys gotta make this easier for people who don't have a basic understanding of these things.

Blushost is our worst host we have ever chosen. We have been in business for 17 years. We have taken many hosts but we have never seen a host this bad and useless. Always our site is down. They always say your site was infected! We never touch the site and even never go the and our site has the strongest password. So their security has a problem or their server has virus?
Bluehost Website Builder does not work after building entire site using it. Cannot update website. Customer service has no clue. Paid plugins do not work either. I deserve my money back!
