I've been trying to get my sites online for over a week. One of them was online but suddenly disappeared, then was fixed and reappeared, now it's gone again. The one site is my livelihood; I can't have it going down all the time! I'm very frustrated at this point.
I could easily assign new domains to folder under my main account. Now I cannot do that, and I need to contact support to have them assign new domain. And the last support chat didn't work out. I cannot still access my new domains
I was panicking a little due to my dashboard showing no posts/pages. I called and talked to a representative that was kind and helpful. She found my problem and said that it would correct itself within an hour or so. I ended up going to bed that night to check on my website in the morning. It still wasn't working correctly so I called Bluehost back. The gentleman assured me he could see the content and that the URL was not correct. He stayed on the line and helped fix my issue to my satisfaction. Both representatives I talked to were very kind and understanding that this issue was not a small one for me, and was an important concern.
My website is down from last four days and time when i call ihear different story. Support till now could not able to figure out whats going wrong here. So much of frustration ro host on BlueHost...

I have been using Bluehost for many years. Today was honestly my most disappointing experience of all. I felt like I invested a great deal of time trying to resolve certain issues I have been having. It looks like my website has been under serviced and neglected and now even the files don't seem to work anymore. Even the support team member wasn't able to resolve the issue. Furthermore, previously the client servicing interface was much more proactive in providing solutions and alternatives to issues being had. Today I was told that my problem needed to be escalated to the right support team and the it would take 24 hours to get feed back. I made two separate calls, the first client support staff member actually disconnected the call while I was still talking. I had to address several issues. His tone was condescending to the point of being offensive. He wasn't even able to explain that the DNS servers take 24 hours to propagate. I was having an issue with an update for the MX files on my google workstation which needed to be updated. Needless to say, after the call when I tried to update, I received five errors for all my MX codes. I had to call again, the second person I spoke to was much nicer and tried to help as much as she could. But, again she was unable to tell me whether or not I need to change any of my packages and whether what I was signed up for was what I needed. For the record, this is the first time that I have made a complaint against Bluehost, but I am just very disappointed with the level of service.
I have enjoyed learning how to build a website, and about the many advanced features included in WordPress websites. I am also thankful for the services of BlueHost and the quality customer service they provide. Thank you, Bruce

I can only log in if I use duck duck go despite blocking the site the login forwarded me to and it still took me there and refused to let me in despite my password and login being correct. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS AND WANT TO FIND OUT HOW TO CORRECT IT. This is not acceptable. I can access my *******@yahoo.com email but it has not been possible to get my email off my website until today. I would appreciate being contacted as soon as possible.
I have used Bluehost for 23 years, and I had no trouble until I recommended to use Sitelock. I have had to chat 8 times in the last 3 weeks to get my A records pointed to the right place. Five days in a row I woke up with an error 22, and I spent a half-hour chatting.
You change my login and I needed to update my password and you didn't inform me of anything...very poor customer service.

It is not the hosting I bought, they changed it without asking to a wordpress hosting, they limited all the options, the email fails, it is no longer the unlimited pro, I can no longer add domains, they are forcing me not to renew and move to another provider that is more formal

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
