Extremely frustrating. What is wrong with you BH? You suck!

Bluehost has no idea what they are doing, they want your money then leave you with no support because their customer service is horrible and they just keep passing the buck because they have no idea what they are doing, they say they are WP supporter but they are not, they are hacked, they are full of malware and then they say oh well, pay us more money for security, it's all a HUGE pirate scam! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM BLUEHOST AS POSSIBLE TOTAL SCAMMERS

So far I've had a satisfactory experience and I'm only in the preliminary stage of developing my blog.

The option to create email non existent for my Website

Not easy to find themes for site building; purchase of domain cannot be changed when incorrectly spelled. Has been less than easy to manage set up.

Love how the web builders allows for many page templates.

Both bluehost and WordPress platforms are not user-friendly. Too many options, too many menus. The blocks on WordPress jump and pop. I can't edit a Title block. I built two websites with WordPress in 2012 and 2014, easy-peasy. Now it's simply NOT simple, and I feel it just forces people to hire the blue host designers.

I have tried a number of time to use the Website Builder function and it DOES NOT WORK! I talked to one of your support and they tried to sell me more product. Totally disappointed. Going to Square Space. And I want my money back.

The sales person that assisted me said that Bluehost supports non-WordPress websites. I have a site running phpBBS and using MySQL. Once my account was paid for and set up the sales person transferred me to tech support. I told them what I needed to do. They sent me a document for setting up a WordPress site. I told the tech I was speaking with that I don't have a WordPress site. He said to just follow the same instructions - which doesn't work, doesn't make sense. I tried to set up my FTP so I could transfer my files from my server over to Bluehost. I can't get the FTP to work. This isn't a good experiance. I opened the 24/7 Chat, and entered the problems I was experiancing. No response for over 15 minutes, nothing. I'm going to continue to try and get this working but am also ready to submit for the 30 day refund and go somewhere else.

Install of Wordpress is not working for me. Within minutes I had an error that doesn't allow me to work in Wordpress
