Litrally I have done affiliates and nothing is showing up after they moved to impact. Indian Support is badly failed to resolve queries. I am thinking of switching.
Setup and procedures are great and easy to do, great tool for your business
Just trying to publish an app I have already made to a domain I already have and I am struggling. Nothing I have tried seems to accomplish this simple task while realizing that this should basically be just uploading local files to somewhere.
When it works it's great. When it doesn't it's infuriatingly complex to do basic web admin tasks.
Support service will only verify that a server-side account exists, but there is no assistance with WordPress which is part of the package I purchased. The support Tech I talked to kept trying to sell me another development package which was over a hundred a month. If you are going to provide web hosting and 24/7 support, you need to be more specific on just you can do in so far as support. I have a domain name but cannot modify the site. Not good there for the low rating.
Crappy portal which I could have subscribed for 12$/year rather than paying 60$/year. Other hosting service providers have at least better pricing and easy to navigate portal.

The price point and quality of Bluehost are fantastic. But as a beginner, would have been great to have more tutorial/walkthrough-type support. The knowledge base has ton of info, but I got stuck several times as the instructions did not match the view in my dashboard (likely outdated).
My new site works better, and faster than when GD was the host.
Too complicated, lots of spam buttons. Keep my service simple. Plus log-in time out caused serious confusion.
Site's been down for an hour. Two previous interactions with help chat have led to frustration and no answers.
