I experienced a system breach today. All my DNS entries were deleted, leading to the failure of our corporate website, email, and applications that rely on Bluehost DNS. The Level 1 support team was unable to assist, and the issue had to be escalated. It could take 24-48 hours to restore the services. In the meantime, we have 20 employees who are unable to function, which is a serious matter. Bluehost should have a team that can quickly address such issues to prevent business interruptions.

I'm being customer of Bluehost services from around 20 years.
After dropping WordPress and finally setting all domains under my account to a working state, suddenly I'm receiving complains from many users of domains about the loss of web presence.
After reviewing I found all my work has been lost by changes in DNS that someone else have done without my approval.
I have lost access to SSH console and mail services.

On Thursday, March 28, I asked you to delete the websites soulcourse.com and talkwithelaine.com. Instead, you deleted my ACTIVE website and my email inbox for elainebayless.com. It is now almost 9:00 PM EDT on April 31st and you have yet to rectify your error. It's worth noting that despite this being your error, I have received no apology.
