I started with Wordpress download, but did not want to continue. However, my hosting is forever pointed to Wordpress, throwing my websites' urls into workaround names. Now I transferred my files to another hosting service and directed the DNS names to it but they won't work unless I keep paying for Bluehost hosting. I need to talk to someone to explain how I can do this, or tranfer my Domain out of BlueHost also.

Endless mistakes and problems. I spend a lot of time getting files off my server. When I reinstated my service not that long ago, you went back to some older version that rolled all that back. Hours of work down the drain.

No one at our company has been able to send or receive emails for the past 4 days and keep getting different reasons from support. Have been on chat 3 times and 2 phone calls. When I call, I keep being put on hold and no one ever returns.
The entire experience has been garbage, random outages, domain randomly parked by you, issues that can't be resolved except by contacting support, 30-minute wait times to get to Indian customer support and very slow response times from there, everything much slower and worse than other hosting providers

We have been Dedi customers of BlueHost for many years. The last 2 issues that we've requested assistance have both gone unresolved by Tier 2 Support. Tier 2 Support does not correct the issues and gives us basic answers that we have already thought of. Tier 2 does NOT provide solutions or escalate the issues to Tier 3. The knowledge base of Tier 2 Support is not the same as it was in the past. They used to solve or fix the issue. We are seriously considering leaving BlueHost.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
