Trouble connecting to wordpress. Maybe it's not your fault. I bought a domain on domain.com before I knew who I wanted to host it. I didn't think of BlueHost as a domain registrar. Anyway, I guess I can expect a bumpy ride anytime I try to get 2 competing companies to work together.

Needlessly complicated. Features aren't intuitive. Ridicules learning curve. May be great for a programmer but not for a layman. Will probably look for another host site when my subscription expires unless a better help system comes along

Google domains redirected me here for hosting, I set up my bluehost account, followed the steps to connect the site to the hosting, installed wordpress, added the ssl I got from google, but I am unable to log in to the domain. Even if turning off/on ssl I can not log in due to ssl errors. There is no information as to what I should expect/do anywhere. This must happen to other people so some faq/information would be very useful as I am now left sitting on my hands
It's pretty complicated and overhwhelming to figure the system out. More instructional prompts and short training "how to" videos for first users would be helpful.

The user interface is incredibly clunky. I previously made a website using hostgator's creator and it was easy and fun. This is awful. It also very much feels like you're constantly trying to nickel and dime me.

Bluehost Chat Support are pre-occupied and seem to be not interested in assisting. I get "allow me 4-5 minutes" then 7 minutes later receive a vague response that doesn't make any sense such as "uninstall all your plugins," or there is "an incompatibility with your theme," then "allow me 4-5 minutes" over and over again with no real resolution or solution.
