The interface between wordpress and bluehost is terrible. Wordpress wants me to login with bluehost's email address for me instead of my own. I hate this and wish I could get my money back.
The chat people have not yet resolved my website issue. I've had three so far.
I cant install a theme I just paid for and when I leave the chat to get a verification code, the chat closes/restarts.

I log into bluehost and then it wants me to login to wordpress. I don't understand and I have not found a chat box to ask questions. Website explainations sound easy however the screens don't match up.
