Ask me later after I have done more. I'm gathering my social media website URLs to enter here, Interruptions for ratings is distracting me and causing multiple re-logons!
Your support chat has a 1 out of 5 stars right now. Round and round and round about tokens being invalid.
I tried all day yesterday to make a site and I couldn't get it to work. If it looked good on desktop it's awful on mobile. Noting was drag and drop like the ads, videos, and agent said it would be. I added a plug in called Elementor that a youtuber said would make building easier but anytime I pick a theme and load it, it's not the theme just words on a page. Nothing to drag and drop again. This platform is NOT user friendly and I'm ready to ask for a refund and forgo a website. I tried the message us feature that said my wait was one minute and it's been 10, so I called and I'm still waiting for help. So disappointed.
Just diffiicult to migrate my site. I am struggleing to get it done and now see i have a time limit on free migration. I am now also worried about security as I am finding out my old hosting site has such high security I can not add the migration plug in myself. I had to get help from the previouse host
The most non-intuitive platform I have ever come across
3 days and my site is still not up and running, FTP does not work, primary domain not switched, can't do anything
Generally good but I had to contact customer support to resolve issue where I didn't get the free domain name but it was resolved quickly and efficently
I'm having a difficult time building a website and unless I pay another 500$ I can't get any help? Seems I made a mistake chosing this. I'm sure you know I don't know what lots of this means, to force me to pay but that's not going to be accomplished. I will however figure it out without being strong armed. But I have to ask are you really hurting that bad for money that even after I've paid almost 300$ it's not enough? Smh. I'm just not familiar with this but I will be eventually without having to pay an outrageous amount of money. I'm trying to start a small business. I've already invested lots of someone else's money because they believe in my abilities as do I but the lack of clarity seems intentional and that's incredibly disappointing.
I keep getting 404 error messages. Even using videos, I can't get the website to load the templates and allow for editing.
I can't log in through wp-admin like I do for my other site...theme isn't doing what it advertised to do
Very confusing. I did web pages in WIX in one evening but I can't understand this logic at all.
So frustrating.
Terrible result of using a temporary url. You need to provide full disclosure on what it means and the future actions it may require. Very deceptive.
I'm finding it a bit confusing but the online help on Facebook messenger is so helpful
Hi, I bought a domain and a hosting package a couple of days ago the domain is "janicejames.co.uk" but if I try to view it in a browser or make any changes via wordpress I get this error message: Invalid SSL certificate. I'm not a very technical person and I don't know how to reslove this - can you help please?
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
