You have a 30-day money back guarantee but have no way to cancel on the website. Calling in I just get a runaround and then a song and dance about how the system won't allow a full refund even though it is within 30 days. Will be sure to tell others who ask me that I would run from your company.

I cannot use the site. I just purchased a domain yesterday and immensely regretting it considering I work on a deadline for my job. I tried contacting customer support and got zero help or answers. I will not be recommending Bluehost to anyone.

This company is a scam. Whatever you do, do NOT put your card on file. I paid for a basic plan that costs $35. I then never used the site because a designer messed up the design and I decided to use Squarespace instead. 2 months later I get 3 random charges on my account amounting to almost $600 for marketing - as if I'd want to market a website with bad design when I'm already using a different domain website. I hadn't logged in or used Bluehost in months so I thought I was hacked. I spent a month calling customer service, getting put on hold for hours, being told "they're handling it" and just being given the runaround over and over again for weeks. Finally I check other reviews and see this EXACT situation has happened to multiple people. I spent so much time, energy, and trust trying to figure this out when I could've just disputed it with my credit card company in the first place. Disgusting and shameful company. I still don't even know how to get my domain transferred. Stay AWAY

Vaporware, poor support and malware oh my!

We attempted a migration from a more expensive host to Bluehost in order to attempt to save money. The short review is you get what you pay for and I had two months of constant trouble and extra expense, then ultimately ended up going back to the original host (chagrined and lesson firmly learned) after finding out the sales team essentially lied to me about what they could and could not support. We had to deal with roughly a week of site outages and extensive malware issues that we did not ever have on our former host. I will say one good thing here - after I left, Bluehost did refund most of my purchase costs.
