I am a new customer. Signing up and buying a plan was easy. Then when I logged in to your system I was lost, no guidance, no preparation, etc. I had a temporary site and I had no clue how to make my own domain as a primary. Luckily your staff was helpful on the chat. After making my domain primary, however, I could not log in to WordPress. You should have a step by step instructions for those who are not familiar with your platform.

Had a domain name set on the website but then went back and changed it before purchasing. Now it shows the old domain name, which I did not purchase, as my primary and the one I did purchase as unassigned. I called to get it fixed but they told me they had to wait two hours before they could change it. I called back in 2 hours and they said they had to escalate it and it will take 24-72 hours. Why would I have to wait 2 hours for an escalation to be sent that would takee 24-72 hours? I bet I am not getting that time back on my purchase.

My website is not online

My website is not online. Please help me to restore the backup. I spoke to your support and asked for help. They said that it's not common to restore the backup, but that support could do it out of courtesy. I mentioned to them that in the Basic plan I hired from Bluehost, there was an extra service topic involving the Backup of the Wordpress site, but at the time I ended up not selecting this option. I would like to purchase this service to ensure the backup of my website. Can you please help me get my site up and running like it was a few days ago? There's a lot of work there.

I purchased a domain through bluehost yesterday in order to create a Wordpress site; I also paid for bluehost hosting of the site. Almost immediately, by DNS was locked out with something about my IP address being corrupted (I'm not a computer person so I'm not entirely sure what the problem was). I went though a series of chats with tech support to resolve the problem and was told that it would be 0 - 8 hours for the correction to propagate through the system. An hour later I could get to Wordpress through bluehost but the URL stated that the site was 'Not Secure'. Again I went through a chat fix and was told that it could take up to 40 hours for the fix to take place. The tech people used a lot of jargon and it was basically impossible for me to understand what was going on. Very disappointing!
