My email is down that I use for my business is down due to a server error. The person on customer service said it would be fixed in 24-48 hours...MAYBE. Also the manager let me know that he doesn't even USE Bluehost for email so they don't even use their own products. This is issue is costing me THOUSANDS of dollars today and Blue host doesn't care.

Ghastly customer service, long waits for people who don't understand the issue, lots of fumbles on Bluehost's part, and a bad-to-worse customer experience that's essentially trying to upsell and show ads instead of getting us to where we need to be. Hate it.

Difficult to find answers to questions and how to contact BlueHost to get answers. For example, I have been working with FullStaq Marketers program. When I started, I accessed Wordpress through Bluehost. Then apparently something changed and I can't find how to access Wordpress anymore through BlueHost. What changed?

Your renewal pricing is intentionally scammy. You've sent me several deceptive emails trying to trick me into new products. You must not have any faith in your products or service being good enough to sustain a customer base on their own, so I can only assume your products and service must be worse than your competitors. Once you make your website and go back into your site it reverts back to the old original template. I have sent hours building a site only to have it revert back to the original. I have called in and had it fixed. However it again reverts back to the original template.

Backup Fails after Migration
April 13, 2024

The issue has been escalated. It has been over a week and I do get updates apologizing for the failure of website backup to occur, and hopefully it will be corrected appropriately. Overall, the migration went smoothly once it started, but there were many hiccups along the way.
