Customer service is not great. Technical support is not great. Extremely long wait times for chatting. When I do talk to someone they frequently do not understand what I am asking. They have given me incorrect information and often cannot actually help.

As my domains expire I will be transferring them to another hosting service. I have never experienced such incompetence, poor customer service or unwillingness to assist with a timely resolution. The only resolution I seem to be receiving is updating my validation token which is absurd! No real solution to my issues in establishing and accessing two primary domains which is costing me time in getting the rest of my services done. As soon as I can, I will be transferring my service and saying good bye to Bluehost.

Subscribed due to the advertisement of one free Wordpress migration; however, when the Bluehost migration plug-in did not work, it directed me to a phone number to call, whereupon the rep stated she was not trained to migrate a site but that I could pay $149.99 to have professional assistance. Not enjoying my experience thus far.
I recently created a BlueHost account. However, I received errors any time I tried to purchase a domain name or create a site. Google searches for advice led to 90% broken links on their website, the chat bot couldn't answer even very basic questions, and I talked to 5 people who alternated between saying it was a verification issue and it was not a verification issue. Not a single person was able to help me and they all requested that I send them information I had sent all the previous people. This issue is still not resolved and I am still being handed off to different customer service reps after days of attempted resolution. If you don't ever encounter any technical errors with Bluehost, it's probably a great service, but if you have any problems at all, prepare to feel like you've entered customer service purgatory and question both your sanity and your desire to ever create a website.
Sometimes i can't access my domain. It's kind of a nightmare. I can't seem to find out how to contact actual support either.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
