The authentication code does not work all the time. I literally just had an issue logging it. I entered the code 4 times and was almost locked out until I was able to you my recovery key.

I've had some technical issues that the support teams struggled to fix for me, but in the end things seem to be working. I do worry if there is ever something serious that goes wrong, because in that case I'm not sure I can rely on the support to fix it quickly and effectively.

Extremely slow customer service keep you waiting for more than hour for a small issue. When i started using bluehost it was never like service was good now its horrible. The chat agents close the chat on your face when they dont have any answer. Multiple times happened to me.

1. Bluehost's interface design was intuitive previously with logical organization of clear representational icons. They now have a version that has no GUI, only words, and is horribly unintuitive.

2. Bluehost's email: Emails typically have some sort of meta certificate that allows our emails to get to clients without being sent to spam automatically. For some reason we consistently have issues with this met certificate always needing tech support to renew it.

3. We've consistently had issues with whitelabeling of IP addresses and Postgress.

4. Clients are unhappy every time we use Bluehost servers b/c they load too slowly and have email sending and receiving issues like we have had.

I can no longer simply create a new database, set up a subdomain, manually install Wordpress on it, and have it work.

The cPanel is very difficult to find, and it gives me the impression each of my domains on this account has its own cPanel, even though changes made on the cPanel seem to affect all my websites.

Your chat service is terrible, and I think the upper management of Bluehost know this and don't care. Every person I have ever chatted with seems to be reading from a book of canned responses with a "fill in the blank" for my name. Every time I ask any question, it takes several minutes for the representative to respond, and then their response is often, "Please give me 3 to 4 minutes while I check on this." I have timed the "3 to 4 minutes" and it has occasionally taken as long as 10 minutes for someone to actually respond, and even longer to finally come up with an answer. You are either overworking and understaffed support team, or you are intentionally making this experience a living hell for your customers in hopes that they'll just give up.

You have changed my server IP address at least twice this year without giving me any notice, leaving me wondering why I can't log in with FTP or access my databases.

Every time I long on to my Bluehost account, your stupid support response bell rings, giving me the false impression that's there's an active chat session in progress. I have to turn off the volume on my laptop to stop that dinging.

Price is ok, but the constant ads every time i log in are annoying. Also the code system, that says i entered the wrong code, which then sends me the same wrong code when i resend it, then asks me to enter my recovery key if i want to log in, then continues to berate me on the fact I did not use my 2FA from my phone that did not work due to an error on your side.
