Site is navigation is not intuitive. Also, every time I sign on, I get a splash screen advertising some service that I don't want, and I have to click that I am not interested.
We have had continued issues with storage errors and emails not coming through due to a previously unknown limit on our unlimited storage. We have cleared out multiple GB of emails to free up space and yet it is continuing to happen randomly. Clearly this is an issue on bluehost's end.
Harder to use the large boxes with no preview per site. Better just list down the sites that i own, with clickable links going to my last links that i have visited

Ever since you migrated to Webpress from CPanel the ease of use of the site, the clarity of information, and the reliability of your site and services has degraded terribly. I regularly have things like auto renewal checked off for a reason get re added, there were multiple accounts created for me, which customer service couldn't understand at all both in how it happeend and in helping me with it, and even the way alerts were generated have been confusing and misleading for which account you're trying to contact me about, and on top of this the prices for hosting keep rising and with all this going on it seems to be in the wrong direction.
Unfortunately, we have experienced numerous errors and problems that are still not resolved after contacting the support time, now 5x's in one week. We paid for a site migration that was blotched, even though both sites were with Bluehost. Then, told that we had to pay for another migration in order for them to fix the issues. Then, when we went ahead and fixed it ourselves, the website is not having issues with the http. We called to ask them to fix it, told that they did and to wait 5 hours for the site to load correctly. It has now been almost 24 hours and it is still not fixed.
Not great customer support. Keep getting error messages about by SSL, which seems to be fine when checking elsewhere. The wrong email address is connected with the account on your end, but you won't seem to fix it.
I'm unable to access my website and it keeps crashing as it loads. It's supposed to be connected to WordPress but I can't actually get in. Images are breaking whenever I do try and reload it. I'm just unable to do anything really...

Your services are expensive, I will give you that. Secondly, it is annoying that when I am creating a domain addon, I don't get to name the directory as I see fit. You just generate some weird stuff, it was not like that before.

This is terrible service, I am sorry. I am trying to transfer my domain to another registrar. I have requested the authorization code twice without any success. This is not the way to keep customers.

My TahoeBlue.com website, which I maintained as a subdomain of my eljbcom account at Bluehost, was deleted when the tahoeblue.com subdomain was deleted from my hosting account through no action of my own. Thinking that some restriction on the number of websites supported after changes in account policies occurred, I saw an offer to "upgrade" to an account that supported 3 websites, not 2. However, the "upgrade" was a severe DOWNGRADE, because I had an unlimited storage account (which used 60 GB at the time), and the result of the "upgrade" was actually to LOWER my storage capacity to 40 GB!
Even worse, I was told it was not possible to cancel the "upgrade" and revert to my previous account.
I was forced to "upgrade" again to the most expensive hosting account just to have sufficient storage allocation to cover my current 60 GB. Not only was my website destroyed, but now I am paying twice as much for less storage than I had before. Totally LAME treatment and consideration for a customer who has had an account with Bluehost for nearly 20 years! LAME, SHAME, SHAME! :((
Email spamexperts has been down for months without a single notification from Bluehost, though they are fully aware of the issue and are still charging my account. The ad after login is irritating and there's no way to say "STOP SHOWING ME ADs. I'm TRYING TO WORK HERE!"
Customer service quality is poor after been with you guys for over 14 years I not longer happy with the service
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
