Bluehost is fine but since it only allows you to have one website and charges more than Hostinger who allows 100 I will be migrating my site as soon as this year's subscription is complete.

Your useless customer service representative had me on hold for nearly an hour to fix something that she couldn't even figure out, yet when I put my mind to it and figured out what it was, took me all of 3 minutes to fix. I will be moving to Squarespace because their editing software is user friendly.

It has taken some time to get used to the new layout. Most of what I want to do is in the "Hosting" tab. So now I have to go through a couple extra clicks to get to where I want to go. The opening promo page is also annoying...one more click I have to hunt for and execute before I get what I want.

Customer service has always been top notch. If I have ever had an issue and I call Bluehost they actually answer the phone, walk me through my meltdown (lol) and always make sure I am taken care of. I honestly feel that with Bluehost I know that there are people ready to help me and not just some AI computer host.

We constantly have issues with email. Since the Bluehost website has been updated we have had issues logging into the admin account as well as employee emails through the Bluehost login page. Bluehost says it's on our end but I have tried from other locations including my home and have the same issue. Somedays it works but most of the time it doesn't.
