I've tried multiple times to resolve an issue (chat, call, incident) - and have requested escalation. No responses

Chat window constantly dings when I don't want to chat... never initiated anything. Saving anything related to domains is hit-or-miss with Bluehost. Get the same unwanted product offer EVERY SINGLE TIME I sign in.
I have many accounts with Blue Host and you have never helped me with anything I request, your technical support is horrible, I don't know if they are people from India but they have no knowledge of anything.

Your message box pops up and covers the options on the screen. Even as I type this, I can't see the whole message because your Message Us box is in the way. I appreciate the Message Us box but it's intrusive in the location and I cannot "x" out of it.
