I think your service and products are great. I used to use godaddy, but switched do to lower pricing.
The only thing I think you could improve is the self help.
I find myself having to contact support for things that i think I should be able to figure out and do myself. But maybe that is an issue with me more than you.

Its not simple to navigate. Every single thing need to pay. But how come I cannot know till the last step. That is kind of trick. Also Bluehost and Wordpress not really corroborate each others, so that it takes long time to figure out the process.
