I have continual trouble with my Bluehost account. The changes have not been positive. Now it is difficult to login and I keep getting error messages. I have to switch browsers and even then functionality is unreliable. The upgrade was not tested well.

I like BlueHost, but I have had an occasional issue with my email for YEARS, which has never been fixed. Sometimes, emails don't arrive. It is clearly happening, nobody can figure out why. Also I went through an hour or so of difficulty logging in yesterday. Evidently something changed about the userid.

When it was time to renew this year the price tripled. Your customer service agents were not really helpful. I didn't add anything to my account and I am very unhappy. In addition you make it very hard to get bye all your adds to my home page. It takes 6 clicks to get to my email.

I have spent 10+ hours trying to transfer one domain from my hosting site to another bluehost hosting site. Each chatbot and phone technician is horrible and does not listen to what I am saying. There is a technical issue on Bluehost end and each technician defaults to telling us to transfer via the authorization code method which has not worked for us despite trying this for 10 times. Bluehost used to be great for customer service issues and I have been a customer for many years. Now it takes 30+ minutes on hold to access a person to help and they are not knowledgable or helpful.

I view my logs on a daily basis. They are almost completely filled with Wordpress entries of some fashion. They also have a lot of codes I do not understand (this could be my shortcoming). I will definitely look for a different host on renewal. I wish Wordpress never existed.

The first time it mandated I select if I want the privacy or not before I could continue I was a bit annoyed but selected NO Thanks, and now, after what feels like an entire year, it STILL asks me EVERY SINGLE time I login whether I want that product and that is annoying as hell.

The constant changes to the login process. The breakdowns in server and email access are trash. I have had Bluehost for over a decade and have never had as many problems over that time than I have over the last year. I can't wait to leave this hosting company after the new year.
