The new view from update its really bad, cant even assing domains easiuly like i use to, i liked the old version so far. Now i have to start a brand new WP just for assinning domain. NOT GOOD.

Accessing my email is a mess since the transfer of whatever you did. I am tremendously unhappy and tired of talking to people.
You are in the middle of changing things, I guess, and things are not working well.
We already have more passwords and pins than it's possible to memorize and now Bluehost is adding a Pin as well. Additionally this pin doesn't allow for 'repeated numbers' but that means that this pin would need to be different from all others, further complicating the experience. On top of this it used to take between 3-4 clicks to access email but the "updated" site requires 5-6, adding additional layers of inefficiency and frustration to an already wonky online experience.
Logging in is a pain. You have given me a user ID that i did not select. My password doesn't work and the reset password link gives no error feedback
Lately I've been having issues with my websites. From not working properly with the SSL certificates, also the staging environment and the bluehost plugin have a lot of errors lately, the support has been bad due to with truejoyeria.com they messup with my site and then i need it to restore it from scratch. Also slowness in all of my sites.
Signing in has become so painful. Yesterday the code you sent didn't work. Today my credentials weren't recognized at first.
You changed our package mid-contract and caused a serious problem for our company.

I don't understand why my posted WordPress blog does not have the same formatting as when I created the original blog. I have not been able to get an answer from your Chat or by speaking with two customer service representatives. I was told that I could probably get the answer to my question if I paid for an upgraded plan. I do not think I should have to pay for the answer to this basic question, as this has been the case since I began using Bluehost several years ago.
The admin site is a mess. I can't log in half the time and once I'm in, I can't find my way to what I need.
Off and on problems logging in and getting my verification code to be accepted. I don't appreciate having to keep contacting support for help. It's time consuming and keeping me from getting my work done.
I am very unhappy with my login process. I have to call Tech Support WAY more often than not.
There is so much salesmanship-I can't tell the difference between what I should do and where you want me to keep spending money when I'm not making any money.
New login is complicated, screens are not intuitive, all designed to make you click in places to pay. Will not renew
