Where did the cPanel go?

Where did the cPanel go? I have to search for it. Why did you do this? Not the cPanel email but the cPanel. CPanel is what I need most of the time and you buried it.

Also the verification code you sent me to log in did not work. I even had you send it and it still didn't work.

So far the email support is abominable, our email is being marked as spam or being blocked by most people due to bad DMARC information and i've contacted support MULTIPLE times, been told its fixed multiple times and its still not.

Very poor support lately

Very poor support lately. I had spent 2 days amounting to 2 hours of waiting, support staff closing chat early without letting me explain more, repeated login issues, a nightmare. I kept getting bland apologies but no one is going to compensate for my lost time and stress. Very disappointed with Bluehost overall and actively looking for alternative hosting services

Overseas supports are predominately difficult to understand, rude, unhelpful, resistant to assist, I have been hung up on several times. I am considering moving all my currently hosted sites on Bluehost. I also have several websites coming up for development next year.

New customer service system and queueing brings a bad customer experience. Numerous hosting issues with DNS. Response time of issues is as bad as more than 3 weeks. I deeply regret seeing service deteriorate so much in this past year.

Useless support team that ends chats when they don't know how to solve issues, slow and laggy loading times with images on the site overlapping, generally horrific customer service and ads shoved down your face 24/7 to spend more from logging in despite their basic service not even working properly lol

Unannounced changes are unwelcome. Got a sitelock expiration message with some scary language so I came to attempt to renew and to clarify what exactly I would be buying. Any attempt to renew is met with a "cannot process not - try again later" message. Your latest changes are very confusing.
