Its very confusing for me to install images and move around. GoDaddy's web page builder is much easier for me as a beginner. Sry
Don't waste your customers time with an unnecessary pin authentication.
I have contacted bluehost FOUR TIMES, and my website has been down, losing me money for almost a week. Bluehost is incompetent and unable to resolve the issue.
They help me with my login issues which was very frustrating.
I love the ease with which I can create content for my blog
Many of the help articles are outdated, and screenshots are not valid.
Very difficult to even get into the website. Difficult to navigate! I am frustrated to tears every time I try to log in so by the time I even get in I am frustrated. Why is it so difficult? Make an easy to use version - please! From a person in their 50's - let me be a tester to say if its easy or hard to navigate
Bluehost staff messed up my DNS and then had no backup for days. Lesson learned: I switched my DNS to Cloudflare and they let me make backups on demand
I am using this application very first time to make a website and i didn't have any problem. Moreover the chat support is very helpful.
There are a lot of technicle iisues in the new interface. Support technicle assitants are also fasing the same issue when helping.
Already waiting over 5 weeks to get my name servers changed. I want to switch to a different provider - as the emails I send are too often marked as spam given the ip-address (Bluehost server) they are sent from. As my domain registration is stil valid for an extended time (and registered at Bluehost), I just want to change the name servers to my new hosting provider. Guess what: system doesn't allow me to change them as 'the domain isn't registered with Bluehost' (which it is). Despite being with 'escalated support' - after 5 weeks the issue has not been resolved.
I am beyond impressed with Bluehost's level of technical, sales and customer service support, and am very pleased with my experience with this company.
I had a good experience with my first site but the second one...wow. For over a month and a half, I took instructions each time I was on "chat"...in the end, I was on chat with at LEAST 20 people and they lost not just once but two of my works! I'm STILL waiting for compensation! My third time...I'm building the site on Local and will transfer it onto BlueHost. I found that a good 90% of employees are completely incompetent.
I needed my account unlocked so I could log in. I used chat. The problem was resolved in minutes.
There seems to be a lack of communication skills in understanding my simple question.
Experience is fine except for the page offering domain registration privacy protection immediately following login.
My hosting account server is not working at all for more than 1 month ago, and support cannot fix it. Very bad service
Requiring an EXACTLY 6-digit number to secure my account is really inconvenient. I'm not allow to use a past telephone number or a previous zip code. I can't think of any 6-digit number that I'll be able to remember in the future.
I've been a loyal BH customer for over a decade. The disappointing lack of professionalism and true customer service over the last 10 days has been staggering. My two primary sites went down (unexpected, unexplained). As of this afternoon I've talked with more than two dozen "support" associates - live chat, telephone, email, etc. I've REPEATEDLY received conflicting diagnoses, incorrect information, and have been bounced back and forth between departments. During live phone conversations, calls have repeatedly been bumped to automatic surveys or department re-directs, for no apparent reason. I've lost 10 days of client communications because of no access to email / webmail. The only thing ANYONE has been quick to do is to offer UPSELL(s) and explain why they're necessary. My card gets charged immediately, then the circus begins all over again. DO NOT USE BLUEHOST. I'll be changing providers as soon as possible.
You changed the layout. It sucks. Your customer service sucks as well.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
