I've been with BlueHost for over 10 years but something has gone terribly wrong over there! I renewed a domain in November and another one in December. Both payments cleared; everything was fine. Three days after the renewal of the second domain, and without any explanation, BlueHost refunded my payments (which goes against their own policy) and DELETED BOTH OF MY DOMAINS. My bank confirmed that there was NOTHING WRONG with the payments. Now, nearly TWO weeks later, BlueHost remains unresponsive to the issue.
I've spent hours on the phone with the front-line reps at BlueHost who cannot explain the issue. What they do say is either incorrect or contradictory. Despite their having "escalated the issue at top priority" (case OEML-*******) to some other department--with which they won't/can't connect me--, I remain without email. When I log into my BlueHost account, my domains are gone and no one can/will explain what happened.
BlueHost has significantly HURT MY BUSINESS. My clients cannot reach me because the domains associated with my email address have been deleted by BlueHost. I'd transfer my service, but my domains aren't showing in my account!
I don't recall having any issues. Was this me? There was a strange glitch as I was updating my website, but I didn't think anything of it at the time. Has someone else been able to hack my website? Please let me know.
Bluehost is amazing and I never have to remember about making payments because Bluehost offers great perks for users to make paying for domains
Blue Host does not follow up on the issue as presented and side tracks everything
Have had issues since transferring domain over to bluehost. Extra A records and mail was pointed to bluehost instead of to remote even though I had communicated several times Office 365 was our email provider.

Bluehost's server maintenance broke site. Over THREE Days, almost everything they did made things worse, and they kept blaming the problems on things that turned out not to be true. Even their "escalated Support" team had to be corrected multiple times.
Interface is terrible. I've tried numerous times to get email accounts/forwarders to load and they never do. I'll have to contact support when I have more time, but since the change of interface it's been painful to navigate.
We've been looking for a new solution for our requirements, and this has pushed me over the edge.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
