It took me two months to get my email changed. Dozens of contacts, dozens of customer service agents, supervisors and email and phone calls. Yet, when I requested that my domain be canceled it was done IMMEDIATELY and seems it cannot be reinstated. I have waited additional weeks for contact on the status of that. HORRIBLE

I log in and can't find my renewal center anymore, there is a button offering setup but I would hate to find I had brouight my server back to a basic state if I pushed it.

Ups and downs for sure, but overall, the experience has been below average. Whatever spam protection is included for basic CPanel folks seems to be nearly non-functional, a few of my accounts have been hacked several times, etc. I'm not going back to GoDaddy, but this has not been a great hosting experience

I was finishing my private registration when I got a phone message that I was supposed to do something about this. Could not understand the message sounded like something about DNS. Went to chat was put on hold for over 10 minutes then got cut off. I want to finish the private registration.

I am beside myself with frustration with Bluehost. My account is hacked. I understand, that happens. But you suspended my account without a way for me to fix it. Then I go through 12 hours of back and forth with support and it's still not resolved. My sites are down. It's affecting my business. I feel helpless and lost, and still you take my money.

Support is shockingly bad

I have now had no website for over a month. They failed to renew my domain and I have been talking to their customer services via webchat every other day for over a month. All they ever do is send it to an "escalation" team who will click a couple of buttons, nothing works and then I hear nothing. I then need to start the entire process all over again. The only number I can ring is an american number which is little use to me in the UK. All international users should be aware that all dates are in the american format so make sure you're aware when looking to renew. Also, if anything goes wrong you will be talking to to people in a call centre that clearly have no power to do anything except send a message to another team who will email you (maybe) in 24-48 hours.
