The Worst Company Ever

I was recommended to bluehost by my developer about 7 years ago and it was a good company but they must have sold or changed management or values two years ago. This has been the worst experience ever. It just doesn't make sense how bad tech support became. I don't know, but it is as if they moved the company to a new country or new dimension. I don't know what happened. Last year - I could't get basic wordpress templates to work - it was amazing. Multiple templates from different vendors.
I am trying to leave the company and purchased a host gator account. My sites have been down three times since January first.

You support via chat is the most annoying and irritating support i have endured. Constant dings. Bad use of auto bot or ai attendants asking the same questions over and over again. And then when i hit support I have to explain myself countless times. Not to mention the authentication gauntlet.
