It's hard to set up my emails on my MAC. Also, sometimes the web emails are hard to see.
Horrible service. It's that simple. You're poor customer service resulted in a customer's website being down for 5DAYS! That is totally unacceptable.
Login is painful. Resettingt the password was worse. I get 5 tries to remember my password, then I have to wait for a message gthatgmay never come. Then I have to call support. Then that whole dance starts up. Try loggingh into google to sewe the way it can work.

For a web hosting company, the user interface on the backend is abysmal, counterintuitive and frustrating to use. It's very disappointing and the aesthetically pleasing recent overhaul looks better, but is harder to use.
Not everything is easy to figure out in word press, and it's almost impossible to get good tech support.
Too much changed to even log in, not the same identifier, etc, so took ages to even get into cpanel. This is nuisance when you have to get things done, to waste 1 hour scarmbling to get user codes nd passwords redone
Bluehost deleted my website. Now they say it will take 24-48 hours to have it restored (if even possible).

Very unsatisfied with your service. I have problems all the time with this account. Somebody hacked my account and I didn't even get the reimbursement for that. Your customer service is horrible, they are never able to solve anything promptly.

The login experience is truly awful. For weeks, it did not allow me an option to update my existent password so that I could sign in automatically. This had to be done manually, making the sign-in process tedious. Additionally, after logging in I get an ad/offer from Bluehost. Every time. You're kidding, right? I mean, I pay for my service already. In short, streamline the login process and you will have scores more happy customers. Thank you.
I need to transfer a registration to you. But there are no instructions on your site and the email link you sent is ONLY for transferring a registration FROM you. And I couldn't get a live human on your listed help number. AAArrrrggg!

Lots of places to deal with. The design page is OVERWHELMING! It would be nice I could hover my mouse over each item, and have a description of what that link does pop up. That would be SO HELPFUL!
