I was presented an offer that was not relevant for me today. When I wanted to skip it, the pointer did not even indicate that this option was clickable, and it took 10-15 seconds until I got any kind of feedback from my click. (I am using Firefox on a Mac, everything up-to-date)

Migrated site from another host January-February and it's been an absolute fiasco. Paid for the migration. The new site went down twice for over 24 hours, vanished, was back and forth for hours with customer service, lost revenue, lost content, lost time. I get different responses from different agents. Someone tells me something is fixed when it's not. Site showed database error for over 24 hours. I call again and the whole process starts over. Even today I had to call again to ask for something to be done again when it was allegedly done over the weekend. The person from the weekend even didn't make the update when they said. My conclusion after all of this is that I made a poor choice and will be looking for another web host.

I cannot login to my website

I cannot login to my website. I keep getting a message telling my my user account doesn't exist. If I try to go to my website it tells me it is under construction. When I try to find it within the bluehost site it just gives me the spinning wheel of doom and never loads whether I'm under websites or hosting sections.

The support team is not trained, there were configuration errors with the DNS that I had to hire external people to configure it correctly.

When they gave me support, they said "it's already solved, wait 2 days and we'll see", that's how I was for 2 months.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. My first impression of BlueHost is a very, very poor one. The domain transfer took 3 WEEKS to get live and now, today, after months of preparation, our website is DOWN. Extrememly unprofessional. Would use another hosting platform if our website was not on WordPress.
