The new design is confusing, not very intuitive and it really sucks that we can't login with the domain or email. I spent 3 days trying to login and if I asked for my username it told me everytime my domain didn't exist. I had to look for a database backup to get the username, as non of the toold you provided worked. Also to remove the domain configurations from cpanel, super bad idea.

Bluehost used to have great customer service with knowledgeable workers. In the space of one month I have called over 10 times to get help resolving the same issue and I have received several different responses every time. This issue is still not resolved.

One of the automatic updates created an error that made my site unreadable. I reached out to tech support and spent an hour chatting with them, they said they would call me on Thursday or Friday of last week. I waited over 12 hours for a phone call that never came and now I have to come back to trouble shoot again and the issue is still not resolved.

Bluehost has not been able to provide the services I pay thousands for. My new domain purchase does not work and customer service just gives me a runaround. My sites get hacked - and once even destroyed by a tech support worker who erased my website! I deeply regret choosing bluehost and the years I have worked with this company.

For some reason my IP was blocked from access so I couldn't get into my account. The people that helped me were great but there was no explanation why it happened. It's pretty frustrating with a new account just started in Nov 2023.

Even though I repeatedly set all my sites to auto-renew with domain privacy, somehow the settings keep getting changed not to auto-renew and without domain privacy. Some kind of glitch. Otherwise the service is good.
