Phone support, web support and escalations never resolve anything
Six months with no website
Every time I log on, the Message Us box pops up-blocking access to important items/links. This is for a long time now! I can not even log out. I have complained several times. I have cleared cookies/cache, restarted- used different browsers. Nothing gets rid of the Box.
You used to have a the best customer service. My team was so happy. Now, if we have a problem, my team can't handle it, I have to get on the chat myself. If I am disconnected from the chat any less than five times and need to re-explain my concern to another customer service person it is an uncommonly good Bluehost experience. That is how awful your customer service is. When I manage to finally not be disconnected, and get my problem solved, it will take 45 minutes of my time minimum to get the simplest problems addressed. Requests that used to take 3 minutes on Blue Host now literally take 45 minutes. Your company is the worst. I actively ridicule your company to my friends. I used to recommend it to everyone. Now, I ridicule it.
Sometimes it can not be login for a quarter or more. Not that smooth.
I can set up servers but I haven't figured out all your non-standard features.

Twice I have encountered hackers who have corrupted my website. You have no protection in place to prevent this. You have no automatic backup of my sites. You have left me vulnerable and stranded. Your technical support offers no solutions.

I have been trying to get my sites back up for three days. I spoke with seven different people, and I haven't gotten help yet. In the past Bluehost has always been perfect with help and getting service.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
