I had a ton of trouble accessing my account when you made your website updates a few months ago. Lot's of time on the phone with your technical support, multiple times to resolve the issue. Wasted hours of my time. This issues seemed to be resolved by one of your agents telling me to clear my cache before I use your site...every time. I don't completely understand why. But it has worked since I started doing that.
I found out after using the BlueHost migration plugin on my website (teajai.com) and initiating the plugin in my BlueHost account, 3 days later talking to support that the migration is broken. And now my other BlueHost website, cheerdocious.com, which was completely built and active has reverted back to the "hello world" unedited, un developed wordpress website. After spend a hour with support, it was finally escalated to be restored but this morning, 17 hours later, it's still not restored. VERY unhappy. I prepaid for 3 years of hosting and severly disappointed.
I have been a long time Bluehost user, but the web interface has gotten worse over time.

Kind of buggy and difficult to use - but once you get to know the system it is decent enough and gets you what you need done.

I chose 2 stars because of how difficult the Word Press editor is when attempting, to edit web pages. You can't delete paragraphs of words and instead have to delete or backspace & when you hit the arrow keys the screen jumps around and it's impossible to edit just a few words vs the entire 'block', and that's just what I have in mind...
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
