I felt it was a bit deceptive to have signed me onto a greater level of services that I did not need or order and then charge automatically for it. It took a bunch of calls to straighten it out.

I was a bit reluctant to switch to using a new platform for my work email. I was told that it was not user friendly. Once I got on and started poking around, I found that it was different but not bad, not bad at all. Therefore, I can comfortably say "Change is good." Thank you.

There is always somebody available at blue host to help you if you have a problem. This was very important to me when I ran my business with photo viewing and shopping cart etc. we also ran a vacation rental with all information and booking contracts on our web site and because Blue Host we had virtually zero downtime. Today I am retired and have less needs, but stay with Blue Host as they offer all the things I will ever need.
