Blooms Today accepted my order for flowers and balloons for my daughter's birthday. They didn't let me know that they were not able to deliver until 5 PM when it was too late to get something else figured out. They swore they would deliver the next day, but failed on that front as well. I would never use this company again! Canceled my order and went with a local florist. They're a big fat zero
Birthday arrangement delivered on Friday! Saturday morning petals were dropping. Sunday morning flowers were drooping! They are not fresh and the water is full! Fresh flowers do not do that!
Never again and FTD will get my msg!

I placed the order on Friday for Monday's delivery as it was my son girlsfriend's 21st birthday. On Monday morning, I called the company to make sure the flowers will be delivered today. They assured me that everything is in order and will be delivered between 11am-7pm. Then around 1pm, I received an email stating that substitution is needed as they don't have a specific bouquet. They also stated that they reached out local florists and have a similar bouquet that will be delivered today. And then, an 1.5 hr later, they sent me a cancelation notice of my order. It's already 3pm and not possible to place same-day delivery. I'm beyond of my frustration and disappointment. Stay away from this site and you want to make sure your order will be delivered!
I did not read the reviews first. My fault. I received a false notification of delivery. After 3 emails and 1 phone call, an absolutely awful bouquet of tired flowers was delivered - late. Customer service offered to replace it and blamed "supply chain" issues. So what happened? Another false notification of delivery and no flowers. Roadside weeds look fresher and lest anyone blame the nation's hot weather as a cause - guess again. It is 76 degrees. $80 fresh flowers? Look at the photo.
Ordered Friday to be delivered Saturday- On Sat. They said it would be Monday- maybe. I cancelled- big waste of time. I should have checked the reviews first- one star! I found another florist to deliver on Sat. No problem
I ordered an arrangement prior day, received an email stating delivered upon inquiry the delivery was not made. When I reached put they said they were running behind schedule, well then do not lie and send an email stating delivery made. Thus surprise delivery ruined because I inquired to recipients who informed they hadn't received. Then when I expressed being upset and no longer wanting to be a member they canceled the whole order all together and tells me I will receive a refund in 5-7 days. So my special gift will NOT arrive and now I am waiting for the money to order from another Company thus my gift over a week late! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! THE BEST PART the customer service number is Bogos! No one answers, it directs you to send an email and hangs up! You DO NOT SPEAK TO A PERSON EVER! I called 5 times! They only communicate via email! Absolutely horrible.DO NOT USE!
Ordered a $100.00 Mother's Day bouquet for MIL through blooms today. Opted for flex delivery option, which was guaranteed May 12-14th. On May 12th I receive an email saying that their "network" of florists couldn't accommodate. They offered me delivery after Mothers Day, which I less than enthusiastically agreed to, bc it was already too late to order anywhere else. I asked for ( wasn't offered) a discount, since I paid s holiday premium for flowers that weren't delivered on the holiday - they did offer me 20% back…
Here I am May 16th, and at 1:25 pm get an email telling me they cancelled my order bc their florist couldn't accommodate order. What that actual f*** is that. I could have ordered from literally anyone else and had Monday delivery, so shame on me for continuing to deal with these bafoons. Here I am frustrated and flowerless.
Oh, btw they can't accommodate my flower delivery, but they urged me to get a gift basket from them ( see emails below) … this can't be serious.
I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day and they never were delivered! They send a message saying they were and when I contacted my mom, nothing came. I Started reading reviews after and see they do this a lot, funerals, birthdays, Mother's Day, all occasions! What a way to destroy feelings and hurt your fellow human! This place and all employees will burn in hell for doing this and they need to be shut down and sued! Shame on you all!
Do not use Blooms today. They'll take your order and the money but they will not deliver it. You will however receive an apology email. That's not helpful when you have a timely delivery. Bottom line, they are horrible!
My sister-in-law's company ordered a plant for my dad's funeral. It was never received. I called Blooms Today, they said florist said it was delivered, I asked for confirmation because it was not received. They "couldn't" tell me anything else because I am not the sender. The were supposed to contact the sender. A week later after hearing nothing, I called back. Same story but this time she said they don't call the sender, sender has to call them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOUR RECEIVER WILL NEVER GET WHAT IS ORDERED AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.
Never delivered, customer service kept telling me it will be delivered by 7pm, which is way too late for a flower delivery, but I received the same message at 10pm.
Blooms Today has disappointed my expectation in the worst kind of way -order not delivered on time after three calls to customers service the receiver got the delivery -nice try however I received a photo of the plants in the basket I was assured of getting- it ruined the the overall look of the " EUROPEAN " plant basket -So sad and disappointing-I wanted my friend to be impressed with the arrangement
Ordered on Saturday, no record in system. Reordered on Sunday price was significantly more (30$ more than Saturday) delivery was to be Sunday. Never delivered. Today (Monday) I was told all that can do is remove weekend delivery… I am upset that this is 2 days past the birthday and I over paid. Will not order from them again
The fruit basket I ordered for a grieving family arrived promptly. I was sent a photo and the basket was assembled lovely. They tell me the basket was heavy. Thank you for adding a bit of joy to a family experiencing a solemn time.
I ordered a plant for a funeral service of a family member 5 days before the service. I was unable to attend the service due to being out of town. 24 hours following the service, I received a call informing me the plant was never delivered. They asked if I wanted it delivered to a home address instead and informed me it would be an additional THREE days before it would be delivered there. In a time of loss and mourning, showing support with a nice plant or flowers is the least you can do. However, if you want it done, DO NOT use this company. If never been so disappointed.
I ordered a plant basket for a wake I couldnt attend and wanted it there two days before to make sure it was there on time. I called today - the day of the service and they hadn't gotten it! I called Blooms and they told me they couldn't give me the name of the florist and they'd call them. I then I got a picture of the arrangement as it showed eventually - and it's half the size of the one I ordered! This was $100 and looked So small. I'm so disappointed! Photos show what I paid for and 2nd What showed up!
The only thing that matched was ivy, a pink bow for a man's funeral. No resolution. Disappointed 100%
They didn't call to tell me there was a problem. I arrived at the funeral and my flowers didn't.
I don't recommend this unreliable company. Now, I have to wait 5-7 days for my refund and there were flowers!
I had a terrible first experience with Blooms Today. I ordered flowers on Feb. 11,2022 to celebrate a new baby with delivery scheduled for Feb 13th. Despite submitting the correct address, sending an email confirming the order the day before, and a placing a phone call to Blooms Today on the day of delivery, the flowers were sent to a wrong address in another town (confirmed by the recipient with a photo of the card texted to the intended recipient). After contacting Blooms Today on Feb 13th about the incident, they responded by email that no flowers could be sent until Feb 16th. Too little, too late. Their customer service refused to make any attempts to rectify the situation other than offer a refund and cancel the order. I will NEVER use this company in the future, and will NEVER recommend it to another customer. I have no photos to show of flowers that were never delivered to the proper address!
Spent $164 dollars on flowers a week prior to delivery date. Not only did the flowers not arrive on time. They didn't arrive at all. Called to change address. They took it upon themselves to cancel my whole order. I should have known from last year when they delivered dead flowers late. Wish I had 4 hands. I would give this service 4 thumbs down.
Answer: They are legit, but what you order isn't always what you get since the flowers come from a florist in your delivery area.
