I am extremely disappointed and upset with Bloomstoday. I ordered flowers for my daughter five days in advance. On the day they were supposed to be delivered, I never received a confirmation email, text, or anything — even though I selected that option when I paid.
I had to call them to find out what was going on, and that's when I was rudely told my order had been canceled. No one notified me. I was told they "sent an email," which they absolutely did not — I checked my inbox, spam, and trash. Nothing.
Then I was told I would have to wait 7–10 days to get my money back for an order THEY canceled. That alone is unacceptable. Not everyone has extra money sitting around to reorder elsewhere. For some people, that could have been all they had — and Bloomstoday would be the reason their child got nothing.
I was also told it was canceled because it was a "rural area," which is not even true. My daughter lives right in town.
Because of their failure, I had to scramble late in the afternoon to find another florist, and now my daughter won't even receive her flowers on time. This was a meaningful gift that they completely ruined.
This company is disorganized, careless, and showed zero compassion or accountability. I will never use Bloomstoday again and I do not recommend them.
This company has been the outright worse company for floral deliveries. They have managed to screw up my order twice on special occasions not to mention the awkwardness and embarrassment one has to deal with when the recipient is left without their special delivery. I should've deleted the membership and information the first time they screwed up. I am a very patient individual when it comes to situations like this, and understand the stress level, but if you are not able to deliver what you promise, then we should probably think about another line of business or better choices in staff.
Flowers ordered this morning (trying to support local florists). Upon checking the delivery status I was informed they would be delivered at 5 or 7pm. I received an email saying they were delivered at 6:17pm. WRONG! Asked for refund told 5-7 days to get refund. I will not use their services again!
This place is awful. I spent close to $200 on flowers for boss' mother's funeral and they never got delivered. I even ordered them a day early. Not only were they never delivered, but no one could answer me when I asked for the status (all 3 times) and no one could tell me what happened to the order. Beyond disappointed with this place. Horrible experience.
Ordered at 8am with the promise of delivery that day. Never delivered. Called twice. They blamed it on the local florist. Waiting for my refund.
I didn't receive the type of flowers I ordered I ordered a large Bear and got a small one the chocolates were good though but they are scammers
Ordered a $100 bouquet of flowers plus 2 mylar balloons for Mother's day. My mom received what looks like a $15 Walmart bouquet without the balloons. Will not order from again or recommend this company to anyone. SCAM!

This place is a joke! Who takes an order in person on the phone, processes 2 credit card charges and then then next day sends an email saying they don't deliver to the zip code I provided? How did they not know that when I placed my order? I am not flush with cash and will now have to wait days for the money to be put back in my account.
I ordered valentines flowers for my wife today and didn't hear from them all day and then they finally deliver around 3PM. I ordered a beautiful bouquet to surprise my wife and she sends me a picture on mediocre flowers in a mason jar with aluminum foil wrapped around them. Absolute trash of a company. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM. Both pictures of what I wanted ordered and this is what was delivered to my wife. Flowers in tin foil in a mason jar? Really? Don't give these people any business whatsoever please. Absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing.
I've used other online flower business in the past, but this is my first time ordering from this company and it will certainly be my last!
I spent over $90 on this order just to receiver $30 worth of flowers.
I usually read reviews before dealing with a company for the first time but did not for this order and I wish I did. Do NOT make the same mistake...you have been warned! If you want to be robbed and embarrassed, order from them!
The replacement for what I ordered was so sad even after it was delivered a day late! Please do not waste your money with this company!
Do not use this company! I purchased flowers on their website to be delivered to a family member who had lost a loved one. The order went thru, my credit card was charged and the next day I get an email saying that they cannot deliver to her address. The website should not have let me place the order if they did not deliver in her area! Buyer beware. I should have read all the reviews first. Don't do business with them!
Ordered flowers for a funeral. Service began at 5 pm on a Saturday. At noon (day of) I found an email stating that they needed to do a flower substitution. I agreed, asked why they didn't call as time was running out. At 1:39 they told me they were unable to deliver to the location in time. Again, they did not call me. They sent an email. Horrible service.

They can't keep a flower delivery a surprise. When I ordered for my mom on a very special occasion, they called beforehand and most people are told not to answer calls if they are not familiar numbers. Mom didn't answer so she didn't get her flowers on the day of her very special birthday or Thanksgiving. They ruined everything.
They specifically stated my flowers were delivered on 11-3-23 but they lied and when I called they said they couldn't talk to me even though I had the order number this company is full of $#*! and I'll tell everyone never use them.
I paid the expedited fee to have flowered delivered before school let out. Not only were they extremly late, they didn't even have them there before they left school. Customer service basically said... sorry we'll try better next time. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. Buyer beware, they will charge you an expedited fee and be late with a simple "sorry" as if that's just the normal way the operate.
Paid over $100 for flowers, a balloon, and a box of chocolates to be delivered on October 1,2023 which is my wedding anniversary. It was supposed to be delivered on a Sunday (Which I paid extra for) and I emailed them Saturday to verify everything was on track for delivery and they told me everything was on track. Moral of the story, the flowers were never delivered, and I was empty handed on my first anniversary with my wife. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. I ordered them a week in advance.
They never made the delivery, and never told us. Really?! They said they sent an email, which they did not. When I checked the spam folder, NADA, zip, nothing! They sure had no problem charging my card right away, but made no effort to issue a refund either.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would have.
I ordered a funeral arrangement to be delivered and wasn't told they couldn't fulfill the order until the AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE THE FUNERAL!
Answer: They are legit, but what you order isn't always what you get since the flowers come from a florist in your delivery area.
