Very poor service. Arrived a day late for my mum's 92nd birthday. One single rose which was fully open & ready drop all it's petals, some chrysanthemums & a lot of greeny. Altogether very disappointing & not worth the money.

A terrible company. Do not use! I spent $80 on a bouquet for a birthday. Not only did the flowers arrive late, they were the wrong flowers, and a tiny bunch at that, after I paid extra to upgrade. I don't understand how a shoddy business like this can still exist, with the market competition that is a million time better than them. Disgusting service and no one is interested in talking to me about my dissatisfaction. Their customer service email bounced back. Stay away!

Not delivered

I ordered flowers on line for my mothers 88th birthday til this day she still has not received the flowers
I have rang many times to be told they "will be delivered today" this still has not happened.
I was offered a $15.00 voucher instead of delivering my $106.80 flowers.
I WILL NEVER USE BLOOMEX EVER again.

I should have read the reviews before I used this florist. So many bad reviews! My elderly friend had an accident, so I wanted to order a fruit basket and a bouquet of flowers to cheer her up. I don't have much time but still search through the website to find what I want. And I found Bloomex which provide fruits basket. I happily placed the order of 1 Fruits Basket and a bouquet of Native Flowers. And to my surprise they delivered chocolates and not Native but some cheap looking flowers. I rang and email Bloomex, they replied and said its their policy and they have the right to replace what we ordered. I'm so surprise to learn that they can't find fruits in Epping!
It's a worse experience I had with this florist. I've learnt my lesson, never ever used a chain florist.

I paid 24hrs in advance for flowers to be delivered on 21st December. At 4pm the flowers still had not arrived so I began calling the company. It appears the call centre is overseas so one has a clue whats going on in Australia. After 4 x phone calls where they said they would call back, no one called back. I have been calling them now for 3hrs getting someone different each time telling me the order was in transit. On the last call they gave me the delivery guys number which i called and he was super annoyed that the company had handed out his phone number. After much discussion he said its not his responsibility to have them delivered on time, only to have them delivered by 9pm. I explained that my sister finishes work at 5pm so she wont even be there IF by chance they arrive today. They offer no refund at all and Im still waiting on them calling me back. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered these flowers as the only positive review is someone who was OFFERED INCENTIVE to write it. I am reporting this company as a scam site as the more complaints I read I am suprised they are allowed to operate. I am unsure about anyone else, but if someone knocked on my door at 9pm in the evening with flowers I would be totally annoyed as most people are heading off to bed at that time on a Wednesday. Would not recommend this company to anyone and would never use them again. Im hoping that someone does something about shutting this website down. I will put up a picture of the quality of the flowers if they ever arrive, spent over $100...

The biggest scammers! Dead flowers arrived at my friends doorstep 5 days late! They stunk! She threw them straight in the bin, when I called for a refund they said they had to receive the flowers back in the mail! A photo of the dead flowers was not enough! Do not waste your money

Terrible service.
Did not deliver when they promised.
Did not notify me until later they failed to deliver.
No compensation offered.
Do not use this company they take your money and do not deliver.
I have no idea if they are going to actually deliver my order yet.

Dead flowers delivered

I sent flowers to my Granddaughter for her 13th birthday, half of them were dead! I complained and was asked to subbmit photos, which did, they then said I needed more photos!. I can now understand why they won "The Shonky Award" this year. Do not buy from this company, you get better flowers from the Servo and cheaper.

Ordered a pink & white daisy bouquet (photo) for my daughter's on the birth of my granddaughter in Brisbane. I am in the UK and these were flowers with a loving gesture. There was a 50% sale, with delivery added and a surcharge total $45.36. They have taken this from my account in UK pounds thus nearly DOUBLE the amount. They have told me they take their money in US Dollars! Hence the increased payment from my bank. I am contacting my bank.
The flowers that were delivered late were only 2 single stems of Chythasymums wilted and damaged and a single piece of greenery. (photos) Nothing like the advertised flowers at all. As per their returns policy I should get a replacement BUT they have given me advice on cutting stems! And a credit of $20 dollars to use their company again. Not a chance! This is false advertising and contravenes trading standards and consumer rights. Do not use this company. I am reporting this company.

Scammer! Rip off. Delivered flowers 4 days late. Sent dead flowers. Ignore emails when I complained. Asked for refund and they would only give me a credit. Used the credit after they promised to look after me and redeem themselves. Sent another two dead sad tiny bunches instead!
Great business model here…. Rip you off, stress you out and take your money and run.
You would be better off with fresh petrol station flowers than giving this scam company your well warmth money.

Anniversary flowers ordered 3 days in advance were delivered 3 days late and the flowers were dead. The company refused to cancel the order or provide a refund even though they acknowledge the shocking service. Dont ever buy from these people

Dodgy Scammers

I'm Australian, went to an Australian website, paid with an Australian card for flowers to be delivered in Australia while I am on an overseas holiday. Nothing indicated to me while ordering or on my receipt of purchase that I would be paying in USD. The flowers were not delivered as promised and a refund has been denied. They would not accept my cancellation when the promised service was not met. When I called I discovered afterwards that the calls had been recorded without my knowledge or consent. Highly illegal. Stay away from this dodgy company because everything about them is deceptive or misleading. If I could give a negative star rating it would be -5.

Very disappointed!

Flowers were nothing like what I ordered. My 4 year old could make a nicer arrangement! See the photos below. First photo was what I ordered, second photo was what was delivered. I ordered the deluxe arrangement for well over 100 dollars and feel completely ripped off! The first photo is what showed up, the next is what I ordered.

BUYER BEWARE - AWEFUL COMPANY -TERRIBLE FLOWERS Would never use this company ever again. Flowers ordered on Frid for Sat del. Flowers didn't come. Came following Tues after needing to ph Bloomex to chase up. Del Tue afternoon. Flowers wilting and upside down in cardboard box, damaged. No flower formula satches incl. Flowers not what was ordered, and much smaller bunch than expected when paid extra to have filled out bunch. Turned a special bday into a big disappointment. NEVER USE AGAIN!

I used this company twice, the first time they delivered the flowers late so they gave me a $20 voucher. I bought again and asked for delivery to be the day before my mums birthday just in case they delivered late again. I contacted them online waited over 10 minutes while they checked the status. Rang them and was told it would be delivered Monday which is 4 days later. My $#*! they are Australia's official florist. Would never use this company again, just wish I had checked the reviews first.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery, paid extra. After paying received and email the delivery could not happen that day and was postponed to following day. Following day another email to say it was further delayed and they will send a gift with delivery for compensation, phoned consultant and asked what gift was due to being a patient and on restricted diet in hospital and was told it could be chocolates or a teddy bear, etc, asked that it not be chocolates, lollies or food item due to restrictions. Following day order not delivered. Following day again (4 days) order delivered to the hospital with a gift of hard candies which the patient receiving the gift was not allowed to eat (which they did and caused blood sugar to escalate). Have asked twice now for representative from bloomex to call me, and email log says they have received the email though no-one has bothered to call and follow up. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY, spend the extra few dollars and get quality service from a reputable company. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DODGY COMPANY>

Failed to deliver
July 23, 2022

Ordered large red roses. Received phone call on day of delivery to say, cant deliver roses but offered other flowers. I was ok with this. Then received phone call at 3pm to say they could not deliver at all. I've request multiple times for a refund. Have been given every excuse under the sun not to refund. Its now been lodged with the department of fair trade. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Terrible experience
July 21, 2022

I ordered flowers for my mother in law's 70th birthday. They were never delivered. I realised that Bloomex was the terrible company that my mum used to buy me flowers last year. Three weeks later the flowers were delivered dead. Save yourself heartache by avoiding this company.
