Ordered a bouquet on a Monday, requesting delivery on the Thursday for a special occasion. Ended up arriving at 9:30pm when my elderly relative was already in bed! Aggressive door knocking woke her up and terrified her. Then, to make matters worse, the flowers were half dead and ready to be thrown straight in the bin. I don't know who is responsible for this, but they should be ashamed of themselves. I'll be demanding a refund. Spend the extra $10 and go to a reputable company.
I ordered flowers a week before funeral when & where was quite clear in instructions to Bloomex. I even 'live chat' with them the night before the funeral & was advise it would be done - flowers did not arrive for my family funeral. I am more then disgusted - appalled that they treat family funerals with such disrespect. I sincerely hope this business folds. It deserve no stars whatsoever
1. They offered same day delivery then turned around after I paid for it and said it wasn't an option in the delivery area...
2. I ordered a beautiful, tasteful arrangement for a friend and what I go was a cheap tacky fuel station bunch. Awful.
Picture 1 is what I ordered, picture 2 is what I got - I also paid for "Supersized" and was told I would get a second upsize due to the error with delivery. If that bunch is double supersized then I would hate to see what the standard bouquet looks like!
I was sending condolence flowers money was no object. I choose them because the advertised same day delivery to the area. Then they sent an email saying they wouldn't deliver to the area for another 3 days. Said the would give a complementary upgrade as compensation. The flowers were cheep and tacky. Looked nothing like advertised. The vase was not even what I ordered and paid for. Complained and got told this was all within there policy. Photos show advertised vs what received this was supposed to have the super sized bunch and upgraded.

I ordered flowers for family after a loss. I ordered early on a Wednesday morning, had a call on Wednesday afternoon saying that they could not provide the same day delivery as ordered and would refund the difference between same day and next day delivery fee. It is now Wednesday of the week after and the flowers arrived yesterday, (Tuesday) dead and moldy even though I had told them late Thursday when they still hadn't arrived to cancel the order. I asked for a refund as I no longer wanted the delivery. Fifteen emails, 4 phone calls and multiple on line chats later and still no result. They kept offering a credit to my Bloomex "account", or to re-send the flowers. I kept insisting that I wanted the money refunded. It got to the point that I told them I would not hang up the phone until I received an email confirming in writing that I would receive a refund for the flowers. They said that the "best they could do" with the refund was the cost of the flowers and not the delivery fee. Told them it wasn't good enough, try harder. Eventually got them to agree on a total refund but it took some doing! They advised that it will be received within 2-3 working days. Now waiting to see if the refund arrives... threatened to report them to the ACCC for not providing what they say they can provide. Found an article where they are already in trouble with the ACCC for false advertising anyway. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
The ACCC has commenced proceedings in the Federal Court against Bloomex for allegedly publishing misleading online star ratings and price representations.
Bloomex is an online florist and gift retailer that receives customers' orders through its website and over the phone, and uses warehouses in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia to prepare and deliver orders across Australia.
Since at least 2019, Bloomex displayed products on its website with a star rating out of 5 and a statement that the rating was based on customer reviews. The ACCC alleges these ratings were misleading as Bloomex had not incorporated any customer feedback into those star ratings since 2015 and, in some instances, included ratings from customers who purchased products before 2015 from Bloomex's other businesses located outside of Australia.
"We allege Bloomex's product star ratings were misleading because they were several years out of date and included the experiences of customers that had likely never purchased from Bloomex's Australian business," ACCC Commissioner Liza Carver said.
L ordered flowers a week ago to be delivered to my special friend for a special birthday on 1st April 2023. I emailed a number of times to confirm that my order would be delivered on 1st April.but it was disregarded and delivered today 31 march 2023! Plus the flowers were a -Long way off what was advertised...nothing like picture on site false advertising...plus they were a tiny bunch and my friend said they were not fresh. I felt embarrassed angry and disappointed. Now l notice many bad reviews l should have looked at that first! The flowers advertised on site (are shown in the Lavender vase on site pic attached,) what she received are in the clear glass vase (picture attached)Clear to see no comparison shabby small bunch embarrassment. My friend lives in Canberra and l am in sa but she sent me pictures l demanded a refund asap but told by bloomex that they thought the photos of the delivered flowers look "lovely"! And refuse to refund me. L will have no recourse but to go to current affairs and the media and also take it further l will not let an injustice go. I will not disappear and all swept under the carpet! Refund. Bloomex need to be closed down. And need to Look at their own refund policy! Their slogan is "we care"! Ha! If we sit back and do nothing these scammers will continue scamming!
Probably the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. First off, I booked with this company as it advertised its services as "same day delivery". It was not. Definitely not. They asked for all my contact information (which I provided) then all the contact information for the recipient (which I provided). Then on Saturday morning, the courier left the warehouse with the arrangement, only to not call the receipient, and NOT deliver the flowers. I was NOT informed, neither was the person whom the flowers were for. Her grandmother just passed away, and was grieving. I then get an email from this company saying that I need to pay $14.95 to have them re-delivered. I tried to call their customer service centre to arrange a refund or have my flowers delivered (given I have paid $90) ASAP, to which they refused until I pay the re-deliver fee. I personally think this is unacceptable, as they have all the information of the recipient - which they should have called prior to attempting to deliver the flowers. I then request for someone to call and explain why this was not done and why they are unable to offer a full refund, as they have 1. Failed to deliver on the same day. 2. failed to deliver (or contact the receiptant to let them know at what time they should be delivering the flowers). They did not call, but instead sent an email with words like "unfortunately. We are sorry etc etc etc".
I am so so so very upset with this service. If I had known there was a "re-delivery fee or NOT BE SAME DAY DELIVERY" I would have gone else where. They still have not offered a solution and are holding my funds hostage until I pay for their failure to deliver (fee).
Ordered 2 bunches of long stem roses for my 2 daughters, and it arrived 2 days later at 8pm. The flowers were wilted and falling off the stems. I rang them and all i keep getting is "we will send you some new ones or give you a credit"... I want nothing to do with them... Just my money back. Still waiting to get a resolution.

I ordered flowered to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I received a email saying they wouldn't be there for that day. It said do you want to have delivered next day or cancel, I responded cancel. On the next day I received another email saying your order is on the way. 2 days later my partner called saying she received the flowers but they were dead. The number to call is one digit short and received no response via email.
The flowers I ordered for someone did not arrive and it's been an absolute nightmare to try and get a refund. They are absolute con artists and their website needs to be taken down

I typed in port Hedland flowers you guys were the first to come up! Told me you had an agent in town so not true your agent is delivery through post!
I've waited over 10 days for theses flowers to be delivered told I would have to drop them back at the warehouse! Disgusting service never again I will be making everyone aware in the town not to order through you guys us you are not local and don't have a local agent and deliver dead flowers!

Don't buy from bloomex. Go to a local florist, at least then you'll actually GET the product you pay for.

The situation prompted me reading reviews relating to your delivery performances in Melbourne area and writing a review of my own.
It is becoming a disappointment knowing my Valentine's gift haven't reached or scared of thinking may not reach my family in Melbourne today. Or worst, won't reach at all.
I was trying to contact them from Singapore but to no avail. Further i also recipient to contact them as well but faced with similar fate.
Anyways, at last it reached at 20:00 (+1100GMT) which made me changed my review.
I ordered flowers for Valentine's day and they weren't delivered at the time and place stipulated. My Valentine did not get the flowers on a very important day. I had placed the order online and followed up with a phone call to Bloomex customer service to stipulate time and place of delivery. They still did not get it right.
I sent my DIL some flowers as she just had an operation…the flowers arrived late and the total cost including delivery was nearly $90 …the flowers were nothing like the advertised, I realise that maybe not all available but the bunch that arrived were nothing like the photo, about a third of the size and I could have bought a bunch from local supermarket for a third of the cost! Customer care basically dissed my concerns and sent a sorry but not sorry reply and said the flowers were up to their standard…if that's their standard I won't be using again ever..
Answer: Line is so disgusting you can't hear them and they repeat the same "I understand how you feel" Well no they don't because it's not their loved one that didn't get the flowers delivered when requested. And stop blaming COVID 19, Sydney has been case free for some time now.
Answer: I have used flowersacrossmelbourne to send flowers to my mother on her birthday. Absolutely never had a problem. I wish Brisbane had a company like them. Bloomex is a rip-off merchant.
