I wish iI had read their reviews. I ordered flowers for next day delivery and paid $93.40 The flowers were not delivered as promised. After five days of hearing nothing, I contacted the company myself and least another week due to a 'busy period'. I was not informed of this delay beforehand.
I requested a cancellation and nearly 2 weeks later, many emails to the office, no refund process. I rang and then was told i would inky receive 35% refund. When i questioned that, they hung up on me. The flowers eventually came, thankfully to me not the recipient, as it was a bunch of approx 6dead and wilted flowers.
This experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish: delayed delivery, poor quality product, broken refund promises, lack of and rude communication. I would NOT recommend.
I placed an order (*******) to be delivered on 05/09- no delivery received until 08/09. Spoke to them on the 05/09 to confirm the birthday gift would arrive that day and they said YES! I told them if they didn't arrive today (on the person's birthday) then I would be requesting a refund. By the morning of Monday 08/09 I spoke to Bloomex customer service and they said they would request the refund be put through. I then received notification at midday that the order had been delivered (embarrassing because I'd already had a beautiful local florist deliver on Saturday morning) I called customer service back again and asked why did the flowers get delivered when I requested a refund. The call-taker stated that now the flowers were delivered, they won't process a refund. I requested to speak with someone who could help and the call-taker refused, stating management would call me if they felt the need to do so. Safe to say I'm p*ssed!
Terrible company. Can't leave Google reviews. They are absolute must avoid. They will take money and deliver a flower arrangement worse than supermarket quality no matter how much you spend. Really terrible product. They are the same company as Bloomex.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Ordered Flowers for my Mum from the US to be delivered in Australia. They arrived 2 days late, phone calls would not go through, web site messenger said they would get it to the appropriate management and get it dealt with. It never happened. I challenged this on my card, and despite that I cancelled it on the Mother's Day it was not delivered, on they still require that I pay it. Poor service and even poorer ethics.
My entire experience from start to finish was appalling! It took over a hour to place an order and after I confirmed the price and currency and placed the order but I immediately noticed that my 20% coupon code was not applied, and additionally I was charged in US dollars, not Australian dollars as I was guaranteed by the agent. I was overcharged by almost $50 Australian dollars. Even worse than this was that I received confirmation of my order and payment but then my order WAS NEVER DELIVERED!
It was not until I asked my family member to check where the flowers were that he found out that they couldn't be delivered for 4 days. I was NEVER notified of this. I paid for delivery on a milestone birthday- I will never have this opportunity again and Bloomex stole that special moment from me. Absolutely appalling and clearly a scam! When I tried bringing this up with your customer service I was only met by excuses and lack of accountability. This just proves they have no pride in your work or reputation.
Delivery was going to be delayed by one day, on the second day, delivery did not occur, called 6 times on the third day, told its onboard for delivery at 11am, not delivered, told it is onboard for deliver at 3pm, not delivered, rang at 4 and they said, oh it was delivered yesterday, it was not, oh we need to conducted an investigations. Do NOT use this company. Shame on you and your $#*! show.
From day one Bloomex has failed in all aspects. I sent flowers for a family quite close to us who live in a semi country area on the passing of a family member. We got the street number incorrect and I immediately sent a request to update this. They then advised that they couldnt deliver because of the alteration even though in the same street and pushed delivery back 5 days! I was then notified that they would have to collect from the post office which I thought bizarre and queried. They then advised me that that was incorrect and sent another lot of flowers which were then delivered to an incorrect address a week later. When asked where the delivery was i was advised that it would be rescheduled. Another 3 days pass and still no flowers. In total it has taken over 2 weeks to have them finally delivered.
Sat on chat for 2 hours waiting as it appears they have no staff to answer questions - tried to call but number advertised is not connected.
SO IF YOU WANT FLOWERS DELIVERED ANY TIME SOON DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS!
Flowers don't come as pictured on website, they arrive in a box and my niece had to assemble her own bouquet - must have been mistaken for Ikea!
I ordered the "supersize" bouquet, what a joke that was! I know the pic's of flowers on websites are usually different but come on - how have these people stayed in business for so long? Dead flowers in said box.
I ordered a premium box of chocolates as well, she got 2 of their wee boxes that they give away, no sign of what I ordered and paid for so I have told them I will be reporting them for theft, they stole my money. This company is a total disgrace and should not be in business.
This is my niece's first baby, it's special and this was from her Grandfather who is 85, do I have the right to be annoyed?
I Ordered & paid for birthday flowers via phone on 12/3/24 to be delivered on 13/3/24. I was verbally assured that the flowers would be delivered the next day 13/3/24. Bloomex rang me on 13/3/24 to say the flowers won't be delivered until Thursday14/3/23. Needless to say the flowers didn't arrived until Friday 15/3 and they certainly were the flowers I saw online, prior to purchasing. The actual flowers they delivered looked like the cheap flowers you get would buy from Woolies. Nothing against Woolies flowers but I live at 10hrs away from the intended recipient & needed to rely on a florist courier service. Never again would I use Bloomex. I've included before and after pics of flowers I thought I was purchasing to what was actually delivered.
I wish that no one ever uses this service. They take money for the order and then don't bring it for a week. They don't call back for clarification, they don't do anything at all - they just use my money. Now I am trying to get my money back. Never again. Bloomex - scum.
I ordered two lots of flowers for delivery on 8/2/24. It is now 16/2/24 and still no delivery. The driver allegedly couldn't find the address. At no time have they rung me on either provided phone number or emailed me. I have asked for manager support and they just leave a voice message and say there is an email but there is none. They no longer take my calls
Bloomex, the so-called flower distributing company, has once again proven its astounding incompetence by failing to deliver a Valentine's Day order, despite being paid for three days in advance. This marks the second consecutive year of disappointment, leaving a bitter taste in the mouth of a customer who foolishly entrusted this abysmal excuse for a service.
Choosing Bloomex for such a significant occasion, especially after a history of consistent failures, is akin to willingly subjecting oneself to heartbreak and frustration. It seems that Bloomex's idea of customer service is a cruel joke played on those seeking to express love and affection on special occasions.
The sheer audacity of Bloomex to promise timely deliveries and then blatantly disregard their commitments is beyond comprehension. This company has perfected the art of ruining celebrations, turning what should be joyous moments into a nightmare of disappointment and anger.
What's truly baffling is why anyone would continue to opt for this lamentable excuse of a flower delivery service after experiencing their abysmal track record. One might question the sanity of individuals who, for consecutive years, believed that Bloomex could miraculously redeem itself and make a cherished occasion memorable.
The lack of accountability displayed by Bloomex is staggering. There is seemingly no remorse for ruining what should be a beautiful day for countless customers. A company that consistently fails to meet its promises, especially on special occasions like Valentine's Day, has no place in the business world.
Valentine's Day, a day that symbolises love and affection, became a day of heartbreak for those who relied on Bloomex. It's disheartening to witness a company thrive on the joy of others while callously disregarding its responsibility to deliver happiness.
In conclusion, Bloomex's continued failure to deliver on its promises, especially on occasions as auspicious as Valentine's Day, is nothing short of pathetic. Customers deserve better, and it's high time they seek reliable alternatives that actually value their patronage. Bloomex, you've not only wilted the flowers but also crushed the spirit of those who dared to trust your so-called services. Shame on you.
Date of experience: 14 February 2024
This company is a con. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday last Thursday week for her birthday on the Friday. The following Monday they hadn't turned up. When I rang I was told that the courier had been involved in an accident! It was rescheduled for the following Wednesday and I was told that complementary chocolates would be included to help mitigate the disappointment. Nothing turned up on the Wednesday either. When the order actually arrived, by Post, on the Friday, fully a week after my mother's birthday, the flowers were dead and of course there were no complimentary chocolates... Who sends flowers by mail?! I honestly don't understand how this company can still be operating? This is clearly standard practice for them...
Absolutely AWFUL experience.
If you want the worst florist with the most appalling customer experience go to this company. You'll not be disappointed
They delivered the wrong flowers AND overcharged me - twenty emails to their customer complaint service and I've still not received a refund. Utterly disgraceful
Very disappointing purchase from this company. The Designer Arrangement IV delivered to my mother looked nothing like the $100 bunch pictured online. Rather than "a beautiful mix of at least 24 stems of assorted Premium flowers or a single type of flower, like Red Roses, Lilies or Orchids." what was received was a couple of oriental lilies and a few roses, interspersed with ugly brown Alstoemeria lilies, already starting to wilt. What florist mixes orange and mauve? My complaint was basically ignored with a tiny 15% discount on future orders offered. I'll not take a chance with them again and advise others to steer well clear.
Got sent a basket of apples and mandarins, was told I was ordering a range of 11 different fruits when I ordered it. $85 for a basket of apples and mandarins, $8 per piece. Ridiculous! Could only offer a store credit of $30, even though we won't be using this company again!
Bloomex has a track record of accepting orders, in advance, for delivery on a specific date, then failing to deliver as promised and paid for. Meaning that the recipient receives flowers either before or after the specific date and the sender is left disappointed.
Don't order from bloom box they are unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I wish I can give 0 stars to this company but there's no option for zero. I have never ever seen in my life an unprofessional company like Boombox. I would say the worst flower company and I made a mistake ordering the flowers for delivery from this company. There's no communication no reply to my emails. I feel like I have been conned. I ordered the flower for delivery on 19/08/23 they sent an email to me the day after cant do delivery because our courier company don't work on weekends. So I sent an email about why they have an option for weekend delivery on your website calendar. No reply back. They told me will deliver the flowers on Tuesday with a huge upgrade again didn't send the delivery on Tuesday either. Sent an email again about why the flower had not been delivered on Tuesday again no reply to my email. They delivered the flowers on Wednesday without any upgrade 4 days after the birthday. I would definitely not recommend this company. Stay away if you don't wanna get con.
If I could make this rating a minus I would. Ordered flowers for my daughter in law in Australia I'm in NZ.
By 4pm their time flowers had not arrived, was told it wasn't their fault it was the couriers, they would arrive the next day, they didn't arrive. After numerous expensive phone calls and emails was offered a credit (yeah right as if I'ld use them again) or another lot of flowers or a gourmet basket that was double the value of my flowers, I chose the basket because they wouldn't die if not delivered. One week to the day of the original order the basket arrived...PATHETIC a few packets of chocolate biscuits supposedly worth 69.00
Very disappointed with the end product. Flowers looked days old, not fresh. Overall, not using Bloomex again. Not worth the money. I felt embarrassed sending these to my mum in hospital.
Answer: Line is so disgusting you can't hear them and they repeat the same "I understand how you feel" Well no they don't because it's not their loved one that didn't get the flowers delivered when requested. And stop blaming COVID 19, Sydney has been case free for some time now.
Answer: I have used flowersacrossmelbourne to send flowers to my mother on her birthday. Absolutely never had a problem. I wish Brisbane had a company like them. Bloomex is a rip-off merchant.
Answer: Because they promised delivery on a specific day - but failed miserably when the flowers were delivered TWO DAYS LATER & left outside the property overnight without informing the recipient that they were there.
