Ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday, they did not arrive, said would deliver today, still didn't arrive.
Tried calling, answering machine, In Australian, then went to another area, a Canadian answering service, leave name, number and message. No calls received. Have made contact via Live Chat, still waiting for a resolution.
Have requested a refund! There is a Facebook page called Bloomex Sucks, with plenty of angry customers.

It was Mum's 93rd Birthday - Due to COVID-19 we were unable to join her for her special day so sent her what was supposed to be beautiful long stemmed red roses, chocolates etc and it never got delivered! And all Bloomex had to says was "please accept our apologies" - Are You Kidding Me! We placed the order 1 week ahead of delivery date so as to ensure there was no issues or delays and still it was not delivered! Absolutely Disgusting & Very Disappointing! First and Last time we ever use Bloomex AU and we will be telling everyone we know how atrocious they are!

Arrived 24hrs lat, we ordered 5 days early too, flowers crushed, brown, not size we paid for either.

Website states same day delivery Australia wide. Placed two orders ($200) overnight for same day delivery the next day. Received an email that due to transport & supply issues the orders would not go out until the following week, but would receive an upgrade, but they did not arrive.
The customer service is non existent or just rude. The line to check the status of your order goes through to an answering service where your calls are not returned. The online chat option doesn't help. If you call the line to place a new order the service is awful. I was either transferred to an answering service or just hung up on by multiple operators. Two told me they would get the manager & I was hung up on by one & put through to the answering service again by the other.
It took 11 phone calls, by which stage was convinced that it was a scam & wanted my money back. Finally got through to someone who actually took my order numbers to check up on them. Told me that the courier picked them up yesterday & they had no way of knowing where they were now. They said that they would raise the issue with their manager & I have not received a call back.
I'll be raising a complaint with consumer affairs.
Save your time & money. Save yourself the headache & order with someone else.

HOPELESS - DO NOT EVER USE.
Ordered and paid for flowers to arrive on my Mother's birthday only to get an email on the day saying the flowers would be sent 3 DAYS LATER.
Don't bother trying to call the 1800 number - that went nowhere on a Saturday and during the week the woman who said "I'm only the operator" had no authority to sort any solution.
Multiple emails and very clear instructions from me to REFUND MY MONEY and don't bother sending flowers 3 DAYS LATE but no answer.
Incompetence went to the next level then when, on the day they deemed the flowers should be sent, I received an email announcing confirmation flowers were ready for delivery.
The fight is now on to get a refund.
*******@BloomexAU think you can have such a hopeless customer experience but you would use a store credit. NO THANKS. Would never trust #BloomexAU again with any order and many of my friends and colleagues I have discovered have similar stories.
