Your website is clear and easy to use. Hard to make a mistake! The florist I continue to use, Coco in Chester UK, has never let me down; always delivering flowers that go way beyond my expectations and always impress the recipient with beautiful and long lasting arrangements. Given this track-record over the last three or four years of my orders, I would never consider calling anyone else for my floral delivery needs! Cheers to you!

When you have a long distance relationship and forget about your girlfriends Birthday, you panic and start looking for the flower delivery company, which will be able to do the right bouquet and deliver at the right time. Ordered for a special birthday present the evening prior to delivery when suddenly unable to travel. Had a superb selection of flowers at differing prices. Chose what we thought would suit and paid online without any issue receiving immediate confirmation. Following lunchtime received a call from our friend who had received her flowers. She was absolutely delighted with the gift and the florists. Will use again in future, superb flowers, service and reasonable price

Bought a wreath for funeral for a really close friends dad but being over 300 miles away bought from the Internet, so wasn't able to see what I was paying for, but my friend took a picture and they were lovely she also said how beautiful they were so was really pleased. I was kept informed about the delivery of the flowers and notified once they'd been delivered. It was super easy from start to finish and I will be using them again and would highly recommend to others.

I live in the USA and my daughter is attending school in Canterbury. I sent her flowers and candy when she was very ill and flowers to her friend and flatmate that took such good care of her. Website was easy to navigate, placing and paying for order was so easy, arrived as promised, and they loved the flowers and candy. Said they'd rate florist a 5! :) Will definitely order from them again! Being that I'm so far away, I so appreciate such excellent flowers and service :)

I arranged for flowers to be delivered to my friend Lynne for her 70th birthday. In my notes I explained that Lynne loves autumn colours, especially reds, yellows, lime and purple. She cried with happiness when they arrived as they were just what she would've chosen herself. Well done! I had felt tentative ordering flowers from Brisbane Australia to be delivered in Malvern, but couldn't be happier with your choice of flowers. Thanks for helping make my friend's birthday special.

Very quick service. Easy to use website. I didn't always get my first choice florist, but whoever they found to do the order did a very good job. Both recipients in Edinburgh and London were delighted with their arrangements. One suggestion I would make, particularly for big cities like London, would be to arrange florists by area or postcode rather than name of florist. Makes no sense to be travelling from one side of a city to another. Other than that - excellent. Have used before and will use again. Thanks.

Firstly... my username is no reflection on this review or the service received from Bloomex, it's the username I created when I raised my first ever Trustpilot review where I was unhappy... just wanted to make that clear. I ordered some last minute same day flowers from Bloomex easily and quickly. They handle the order and payment directly with the local florist and the recipient loved the flowers and selection. Using Bloomex was also significantly cheaper than some of the other major competitors but this did not compromise the value and service provided. Would definitely use their service again when needed.

The florist was unable to fulfil ll my order so they found a florist that could. Easy transaction. Delivery same day was very fast. My only gripe is the flowers I ordered were standing in a pink box like bag with pink rope handles. When my surprise flowers for my mum arrived they stood in a paper brown small bag with beige rope handles, the bag was awful as it was supposed to match the pinks in the flowers. It made the beautiful flowers I ordered look very cheap and they weren't at ВЈ38 I'm not happy about this it may only be a bag to some people but it spoilt the Whole presentation. I may as well gone to a super market if I want cheap. Xx

First time I've used Bloomex. I had forgotten to order flowers for someone's birthday, searched for a same-day delivery and was amazed to find this site which listed companies that could support such a request. I ordered some flowers, but was later alerted to the fact that the order could not go through with that particular supplier however Bloomex found someone else who could carry out my request. This was done with minimal fuss (I didn't have to do anything!) and the order was delivered wthin about 2 hours! I didn't see the flowers but the recipient said they were "fabulous"! The service did not appear to incur more-than-normal delivery charges despite the fact this was so last minute. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!
