I ordered an arrangement from Canada to be delivered for a funeral in the UK. I am always concerned about ordering online. I couldn't have been more pleased! The flower shops I was directed to were outstanding and I chose the one with the highest rating. The flowers were stunning and delivered on time. A picture was also emailed to me to show me the arrangements. I will definitely be using this website again!
Ordering was very straightforward, the website was easy to use and understand. I liked that it was a local florist that would be making up the order. The florist sent me photographs of the completed bouquet, which was a nice touch, that I could see the flowers that were actually delivered. Communication was really good, I got a message to tell me that the flowers were safely delivered. I would certainly recommend this service
I live in Australia and I recently used this website to order flowers for a very special birthday for a relative that lives in the UK. I found the website easy to use and I was able to use a florist that was based close to the relative, so I felt I was supporting a small business in her area. I received a text to confirm my order and once delivered I received an email. Very happy with the service and I would use it again.

What an absolute disgrace of a company Bloomex is. I organised an anniversary party for my elderly parents which took lots of time, planning and money. As a thank you, they ordered 24 colourful roses from Bloomex, which were delivered late afternoon. The roses didn't come with the water food as mentioned and the loving message from my parents was typed in tiny print on the back of a discount coupon, which I only discovered as I was going to throw it away.
The roses arrived with quite a few dead and nothing like the photo. When I took a pic to send my parents as a thank you, I had to hide all the dead roses. Day 3 morning, all the heads were dropped... all for $150. I contacted Bloomex the night they arrived and continued with updated pics and emails. They were apologetic and advised we could have a store credit or a new delivery of roses with an upgrade which I opted for. I requested they be sent on 23rd October as that was my Mum's 75th birthday and I could give them to her as she originally made the order. They never arrived (7 days later) and I have emailed Bloomex 3 times without any reply.
Bloomex you are an absolute diagrace of a company, you are a bunch of frauds and I will be leaving as many reviews on sites I can. I also note on the We Hate Bloomex Facebook page that people have contacted ACCC.
What a shameful company who bring so much disappointment to a thing that should bring people pleasure.

Ive called x5 times, ive used live chat, ive emailed and ive tried facebook.
You've blocked me on messenger, wont reply to my emails and live chat/call centre hang up or don't respond with any value or confirmation of refund progress.
Ive been promised a refund because you couldn't provide the service I paid for – ive been waiting over a week for any funds or correspondence
And then to be told today – that you cancelled my order but just didn't refund or provide an alternative
This is the WORST experience of my life and im horrified that you promote yourself as ‘fresh – fast – fair' when infact you are none of those things
Please provide my refund immediately. The matter is being taken further.

Excellent product (red roses & chocolates) and excellent service. Will definitely use again instead of M&S or Waitrose.
Received anonymous flowers 3 days late - half dead, some already falling. Could not even ring the doorbell and when I finally found the card it was typed on the back of a discount voucher with my daughter's name spelled incorrectly. Would not recommend them - trouble is they use google ads to redirect people away from local businesses.
On October 2 I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered the same day for a funeral-At the end of the day I enquired about the flowers and was told nothing had arrived-The Following day I phoned Bloomex and sought an explanation-I was told the driver was to busy to deliver flowers to that area-Although Bloomex was given 3 contact numbers and email address they didn't bother to notify me - However, they did apologise for the mistake and promised to return my payment -4 days later no return of the payment but a bunch of flowers arrived-4 days late for the funeral-which didn't make the families of the deceased happy being once again reminded of the death of a loved one- More phone call to Bloomex being disconnected several times and spending more than 3 hours on the phone-I was rudely told I would be returned the difference between morning and afternoon delivery- and today $5.00 was returned out of 69.95-Never again will I deal with that firm-But the disturbing fact was When contacting Alstonville Florist to make the order somehow I was re-directed to Bloomex -I questioned was I talking to the florist in Alstonville and was told yes-Question? How does Bloomex steal an order which was intended for another florist? And how many times have they done that, and to how many small florists around Australia-I found out apparently it also happen to me in February-but until a few days ago I was unaware of that as the flowers arrived as ordered

Rant warning... DO NOT ever order anything from Bloomex. I ordered roses to be delivered in time for the recipient to return home from hospital to, only to have it changed to a supposed 'gourmet basket'. I get it; covid has meant a lot of give and take, so I agreed. What arrived almost a week late was utter rubbish. The contents of the plastic basket added up to just over $10, and consisted solely of crappy biscuits; some that the recipient couldn't even eat due to gluten intolerance.
My message was printed on a scrappy receipt that was barely big enough to read, and the whole thing looked as though it had been wrapped by a 5 year old.
I emailed my complaint (and this is not something I do often) which ultimately ended in being told that the change was in their policy and I got what I paid for. I'm furious. I send baskets and flowers regularly and have never been dissatisfied before. The fact that there are anti Bloomex groups on Facebook says it all.
An excellent display of beautiful fresh, vibrant flowers delivered on time, will definitely be using this again and again

Answer: Line is so disgusting you can't hear them and they repeat the same "I understand how you feel" Well no they don't because it's not their loved one that didn't get the flowers delivered when requested. And stop blaming COVID 19, Sydney has been case free for some time now.
Answer: I have used flowersacrossmelbourne to send flowers to my mother on her birthday. Absolutely never had a problem. I wish Brisbane had a company like them. Bloomex is a rip-off merchant.
Answer: Because they promised delivery on a specific day - but failed miserably when the flowers were delivered TWO DAYS LATER & left outside the property overnight without informing the recipient that they were there.
