When I selected same day delivery I was dubious... given that I was asking for a same day delivery to a place of work that would therefore only be open until 5pm I was double dubious but direct2flowers came through! Delivered a beautiful bouquet around lunchtime and both recipient and sender were ecstatic. Thank you so much!

Very good service. Got exactly what was pictured and what i ordered. They made the whole experience very seamless from placing the order in Australia and having the flowers delivered in the UK. My Mum was so surprised when she got flowers for her birthday, and her phone call back to me verified that your service is 5 Stars. Thank you.

Having been a florist for some 29 Years plus - I have worked with every type of Flower sending company - I love this system. It works for everyone - Florist, Customer and the Company - I can highly recommend this service. It appreciates us as Florists, in having some say- in doing our best to deliver you top quality designs and flowers.

Easy to use, same day delivery and my Mum was thrilled. Going into week two and the flowers are still alive and looking epic. Only one issue, I didn't know when they had arrived and panicked that she would leave her workplace before receiving them, would have been great to have it confirmed that they'd been received as they were a surprise.

Great service, most importantly good 'personal' communication over delivery. Many companies in my opinion today, do not put the customer first or comunicate directly to the customer, of which sadly for them have lost my custom. Usually these are companies using call centres who abruptly cut you off even though you are polite and have a query.

Really efficient service and easy to order on the internet. They had flowers available for a last minute order just before Valentines day - whereas other shops, including M&S didn't. Not sure how the bouquet looked as I live a long way from where they were going to - but got an appreciative thanks from my friend who had just had a nasty op..

Sending flowers internationally can be challenging, but you guys always come through for me! Even when the recipient is out of town, you got the flowers delivered. I always order flowers for my mum for her birthday through direct 2 florist. I usually order them at Shirley's but they are no longer around and so gave Maria's a go and wow I'm so glad I did. What s lovely bouquet they did for her. I have never been disappointed with the florists through direct 2 florist. The flowers are still going strong even after a week.

I have used Bloomex on many occasions and the flowers are always beautiful. Even the Christmas plant was presented just like the photo as well as the special message I wrote and instructions followed. Many thanks to the florist in Portsmouth who were surprised to be delivering to one of their friends. Small world from Australia to England and very reasonable. Lyn

D2F proved highly accommodating when from New Zealand I was arranging to send flowers to our daughter in law in hospital. The D2F florist I chose was near the London hospital but they found the hospital does not accept flowers so D2F arranged for a florist near the family home to deliver the flowers there once she was home. I was mightily impressed at the service.

We had a family member pass and I ordered a wreath online since I live overseas. My family members said it was beautiful and I did receive an email notification saying it was delivered. When ordering from outside the UK and paying by credit card, your card may be denied. This happened to me but a quick phone call to the credit card company resolved my checkout issue.

It's great to use local florists and I was impressed with the prompt communication when my choice wasn't available immediately. I also appreciated Bloomex sourced an alternative provider to ensure my selection was available and the Recipient was super happy with the beautiful flower arrangement and chocolates. Very reasonably priced too, I will certainly use again.

Lovely bunch of flowers presented well came on delivery date :) would recommend only thing negative I would say is that I tried to call the store on the day to see what time delivery would be as there was no allocated time slot and there was no answer, it would of been helpful to provide a time slot so I could of planned around it but happy with the service overall :)

The florist who processed and delivered my order provided an excellent service. The recipient of the flowers was thrilled with them and made contact to say how beautiful and fresh they were. I live in Australia and the flowers were for a friend in the UK. I gave 24 hours notice so the florist could order fresh flowers for my order. Will definitely use again. Very satisfied.

Ordered my nanna some flowers for same day delivery and she received them with in a couple of hours. The bouquet was beautiful and was quite a size for the small price i paid. My nanna was over the moon with her flowers and i was over the moon with the detail and price. Such an exceptional service that i couldn't recommend enough. Easy to use with no fuss! Thanks alot!

Absolutely beautiful fresh flowers for my Mothers Funeral. Ordered on line so always a bit nervous, but they looked professional and stylish and definitely value for money. As a florist shop owner and customer sending flowers to family and friends across the country, I cannot fault any of the direct to florist services I have used. The feed back I have received from customers and friends and family has always been first class. I have been using this company since I bought my shop several years ago & would definitely not use any other relay service.

I was having problems recording my address when sending flowers to the UK for Christmas. A short email and a quick reply fixed the problem without any delay. Beautiful flowers were delivered exactly as ordered by Petals Florist. This is the second year that I have used Bloomex and will definitely use them again, my recipient was again extremely happy. This arrangement was superb. Every aspect of my order was really perfect. This company far exceeded my expectations and at all times communication was key. The original florist chosen was unable to fill my order, I was informed straight away, given options, as I was ordering from New Zealand and sending to the UK this was absolutely brilliant service, I received emails to say my order had been received and also had been delivered. My elderly aunt just loved the flowers. This was a very easy site to use, and will definitely use again with confidence.
