I have always been pleased with this company. The product and service they provide is consistent and of high quality. The flowers always come on time and my friends, family, and I are always impressed with the display. Gone are the days of receiving flowers that lack luster and look nothing like the online photos. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are worth the price tag.

As always, the service is great! The latest purchase arrived a day early but one of the more amazing deliveries I've ordered for family/friends was to a friend who lives on a 200 acre ranch in very rural Texas in a town (population 158) that doesn't even have USPS delivery so no address. They only have a PO Box so I called Bloomex Customer Service and the very excellent service rep was able to find how the shipping address should be filled out and voila!

Awesome flowers, so fresh, and last 2 weeks or longer. Everyone that I have sent flowers to from Bloomex just rant and rave about them. Thank you The Bloomex Company for giving us a great place to shop for fresh flowers!

I love the farmer's choice Bloomex, they are always a surprise and they never disappoint! I have ordered some of the other pre-designed items and have occasionally been disappointed that they just don't look quite as nice at my recipient's house as they did in the photos online - probably because my recipients aren't as good at arranging the flowers as the Bloomex stylists. The farmer's choice never disappoints though, I don't have expectations of what it is supposed to look like and the flowers are always beautiful, fresh, and high quality!

I love the fresh flowers and greenery that Bloomex provides. Flowers are never cheep and spending a little extra to ensure supporting small growers and green practices is worth it. And the choices are beautiful, varied and creative. I really feel good sending gifts from Bloomex!

This crap company are crooks. No flowers yet no refund. They aren't authorised to refund money but authorised to take money out of your account. Flowers didn't turn up. I rang 6 times. My mother waited to 10.30pm. No card and flowers DEAD. I had to threaten them with court for them to give to my mother. 30hrs later she received her dead flowers for her birthday. I was so embarrassed about this. I'm taking this company to ACCC.and make a report Please everyone ring them on 02 6243 1368. They are crooks. The manager said it was not her problem I received dead flowers at night at 10.30. Now it's my problem for me to make the biggest complaint and get compensation from this horrible company. I was told no refund and no flowers. Isn't this against the law to take money from people and not care about what they are doing. I can't wait to take this to court and I advised for others to do the same

The variety of flowers is great and I love how they come prior to bloom so they last a long time. Unfortunately, not all end up blooming and the price is a bit high.

Flowers from Bloomex majority of the time are excellent, fresh, and delivered on time! I've encountered some issues with a few orders and their customer service was great in fixing my issues. Overall, I've been ordering from this company for a while and love my flowers and suggested them to friends as well.

The flowers were beautiful, however the greenery was wilted and some nec=ver recovered. I think it may be that with the Christmas shipping rush they were late and did not survive the trip well. Looking forward to my next delivery to see how they do without the issue of Christmas shipping!

The flowers were beautiful, the mason jar and packaging were elegant. They arrived exactly on time. The roses in the bouquet only lasted a week, but that's pretty good and a hard thing to improve upon given all the variables of shipping them from another country.

Always delivered when stated and in excellent condition. My wife loves the yellow roses from South America and California.

I ordered flowers and only after chasing bloomex up every day I got them delivered. But then they must have been the same flowers they had from day one as they were almost dead and the driver wouldn't take them back and customer service on the phone, chat and the wecare customer service email would not refund. Do not order through this business, it is a complete scam

Great flowers and delivery is always on time! The prices are great as similar bouquets from FTD of 1800 Flowers will cost $30 - $50 more

They are not worthy of yours or anyone's business and you'll get a better arrangement from your local supermarket then wasting your time waiting for them to arrive. They don't care about customers or your concerns

Beautiful flowers and unique arrangements were exactly what I was looking for. I will order from Bloomex again.

Great website to navigate and great special deals like double blooms. Also, they have great customer notification when delivery difficulties arise like slow actions with customs activities.
